You do not have to stay stuck in the thoughts, emotions, or patterns that are holding you back. My goal is to provide a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood as you work toward meaningful change. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I practice Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, a strengths-based approach that emphasizes what is already working and helps identify the resources and abilities you may not yet recognize in yourself. I also incorporate evidence-based strategies such as acceptance, mindfulness, and behavioral activation to support growth and help clients develop effective tools for lasting change. I have experience working with individuals experiencing OCD, anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns. I understand how challenging it can be to reach out for support, particularly when you have been managing difficult thoughts, emotions, or behaviors on your own. My aim is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a practical plan for change.
In our first session, my focus will be on helping you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We’ll take time to talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to get out of it, and any concerns or goals you already have. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to create a safe, respectful space where you can speak openly and begin building a path forward together.
What stands out about my approach is that I focus on helping clients identify and build on their strengths from the very beginning. I use a solution-focused, strengths-based approach supported by CBT to help clients gain insight into unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping skills, and make meaningful changes. Rather than spending too much time on what is wrong, I help clients recognize what is already working and use that as a foundation for progress. This approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and designed to help clients leave therapy with greater confidence, clarity, and tools they can use in daily life.
I look forward to working with individuals looking to have significant changes in a short time.

Clint is by far the best therapist I've ever had. He has helped me to unpack so many problems and has been a kind empathetic listener to every one. The tools he's given me to help combat my OCD have been essential to my healing and I can't thank him enough.
