Hello there! I am Bromwell, a compassionate and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida and South Carolina, specializing in anxiety, depression and coping/stress management skills. I’ve earned a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles and have 25 years of clinical experience. I believe that therapy is not just about addressing symptoms, but also about empowering you with skills and tools to thrive in your daily life. Through our sessions, you will learn practical techniques to manage stress, regulate your emotions, and cultivate a positive mindset. Together, well will explore your strengths and build resilience, enabling you to face life’s challenges with confidence and grace.
I’m a therapist who works with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, trauma-related challenges, addiction, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in painful patterns, struggle with intense emotions or self-criticism, or find themselves repeating relationship dynamics they want to better understand and change.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely comfortable, understood, and accepted without judgment. At the same time, I think therapy should be practical and meaningful — not just a place to talk, but a space to develop insight, build healthier coping skills, and create lasting change in everyday life.
I draw from approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, compassion-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, and mind-body techniques, tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs and goals. I especially enjoy helping clients improve emotional regulation, navigate relationship and attachment issues, build self-worth, and develop more balance and resilience during stressful periods of life.
My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can be honest about what they’re struggling with while also feeling hopeful about growth and change. I value authenticity in the therapy relationship and try to bring a grounded, human approach to the work we do together.
I am a licensed therapist who provided compassionate, evidence-based care in navigating life's challenges. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoeducation to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and foster lasting emotional growth. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel understood, empowered, and confident in their ability to create meaningful change.
My name is Dushun Beckford-Torres, LCSW, and I bring 17 years of social work experience and 6 years of post-licensure clinical practice to every client I serve. I've worked with adults and adolescents navigating some of life's most challenging terrain - rebuilding confidence and motivation, healing from trauma, and sustaining recovery from addiction with meaningful supports in place.
I use a blend of evidence-based approaches to meet each client where they stand. I use Motivational Interviewing to draw out each client's own reasons and readiness for change, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify patterns and build practical coping skills, and a Strengths-Based approach that centers every client's resilience, wisdom, and capacity for growth. Together, these tools create a therapeutic experience that feels both structured and deeply personal.
My work centers on genuine human transformation. I have walked alongside clients who arrived feeling broken and watched them rediscover their strength, reclaim their voice, and build lives rooted in purpose and possibility. That journey of personal growth fuels everything I bring into the therapy session.
I hold a deep passion for Black mental health and expanding access to quality, culturally affirming care for Black communities and other marginalized groups. I believe every person deserves a therapist who sees their full humanity, honors their lived experience, and meets them with both clinical excellence and genuine care.
If you feel ready to do the work and want a therapist who will stand firmly in your corner, I am ready to offer the experience, the heart, and the commitment to help you move forward.

Online Therapy for Individuals and Couples in Minnesota & Florida
I’m a therapist who help people and couples when life feels really hard. Most of the people I work with are men and women in relationships with each other. Many come to me when they’re feeling hurt, lost, or scared their relationship might fall apart. If you and your partner are fighting all the time, feeling distant, or just can’t seem to fix things, I want you to know you’re not alone-and things can get better.
Even though I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I work with all kinds of people. I have a lot of experience helping men and women who are married or dating each other, as well as people from different backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ folks.
My way of helping is gentle, caring, and never judgmental. When you’re stressed out, anxious, or overwhelmed, I help you slow down, breathe, and see what’s really going on. We’ll talk through your worries and pain, and I’ll give you tools you can use right away to feel calm and in control. My approach helps couples talk without yelling, listen without shutting down, and start feeling close again-even when things seem hopeless.
I also help people who are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or feeling different from others. No matter what you’re facing, my goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and less alone. Together, we’ll find ways to ease your stress and bring back hope.
If you feel like you’re at the end of your rope, or just want someone to talk to who gets it, I’m here for you. We’ll work together to heal old wounds and help you feel stronger-both as a person and as a couple.
If you’re ready to feel better, let’s talk.
👋 Hi, I’m Don Patton, I’m a licensed mental health therapist specializing in substance use, co-occurring mental health conditions, and the patterns that keep people stuck despite wanting to change. My background is primarily in residential treatment, where I’ve worked closely with individuals in early recovery navigating high risk transitions, emotional instability, and repeated relapse cycles.
That experience has shaped how I approach therapy. I’ve seen firsthand that insight alone is not enough. Many of the people I work with are intelligent, self-aware, and capable, but continue to struggle when it comes to applying that awareness in real-life situations. My work is focused on closing that gap.
I tend to be direct, structured, and practical in session. I will challenge thinking patterns that are keeping you stuck; while also helping you build tools that are realistic and usable outside of therapy. At the same time, I understand that change requires trust, consistency, and a space where you can be honest without judgment.
My goal is not just to help you understand yourself better, it’s to help you create measurable, sustainable change in how you think, respond, and move forward.

I received a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Florida and have 10 + years’ experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Most of my experience is dealing with women’s issues and how voice is found in a paternalistic society. I use a Family Systems lens as we bring our family with us even when we come as individuals.
In my work with clients, I create a space of openness and acceptance as to what is present in the client’s life. I believe that clients have an innate ability to create healing for themselves, and I shepherd that process. I use a Mindfulness-Based Awareness practice and a participatory approach - to create solutions.
As a client commits themselves to the process, they can expect increased awareness and see themselves and their issues more clearly. This awareness oftentimes brings with it a heightened ability to solve issues that are creating roadblocks.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and clients often describe me as thoughtful, relatable, humorous, open-minded, a good listener, and a creative problem solver. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical, giving you space to be heard while also helping you move toward real change. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida providing virtual therapy, specializing in trauma and anxiety. I work with individuals who are often used to pushing through life’s demands—managing work, responsibilities, and daily stress while putting their own needs last. Over time, this can lead to burnout, anxiety, and feeling emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself.
I offer a warm, grounded, and supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing. My approach is both compassionate and gently challenging, helping you explore patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that may no longer be serving you.
Our life path is full of ups and downs with unexpected twists and turns. We learn to develop a way of coping whether it is a positive or negative method to help deal with stressors or adapt to change. However, the majority of the time, we fall back on what we are accustomed to when dealing with a stressful situation or unexpected change; such as becoming confused, frustrated, emotional, withdrawing, angry, combative, or ignoring the situation and hoping the situation will just magically disappear or be resolved. Sometimes we need assistance to develop positive coping skills to deal with an unexpected changes or stressful situations.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families to overcome numerous challenges. Besides treating many mental health conditions, I have specialized training in treating anxiety, career, conflict, depression, grief, self-esteem, anger management, behavior issues, stress, trauma, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorder. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Solution Focus Brief Therapy, and Strength-based therapy. I encourage collaboration from you when designing a treatment plan to ensure it is implemented properly and to increase the potential for a successful outcome.
Your well-being is my priority, and I am looking forward to helping you meet your goal.
Therapy for mental health and substance use—break patterns, build coping skills, and create lasting change. Hi, I’m Johana Luxin, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I work with individuals who feel stuck in patterns they’re ready to change—whether that’s anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use. My experience in inpatient rehabilitation has given me a strong foundation in helping clients navigate both mental health and addiction challenges. I focus on helping you understand the root of what’s going on, not just the surface symptoms. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. We’ll work together to build insight, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds through a wide range of life challenges—including depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, parenting issues, and career transitions. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey toward healing, self-awareness, and becoming the best version of yourself.
Life can be difficult to navigate, but I deeply believe that we all have the inherent strength and resilience to grow and change. My role is to walk alongside you, meeting you where you are and helping you find clarity, confidence, and new ways forward.
Since becoming a counselor, I have worked in a variety of community counseling settings. I have worked with clients from ages 3 through 80 and with individuals, couples, and families. With that breadth of experience, very little shocks or surprises me and I have gotten a pretty good sense of where the types of counseling that play to my strengths as a counselor overlap with the types of counseling that are helpful for my clients. This sense (along with learning about lots and lots of research into what helps people find and maintain mental health) has led to the following guiding principles that shape all the counseling I do:
1) The client is always in charge. I know a lot of things but you will always be the one who decides what you want to get out of counseling, how we work towards that goal, whether or not what we’re doing seems to be working, and when we’re done.
2) Change and health happen through relationships. No matter what you come in for, there are always relational implications of change and relational factors that contribute to whatever it is that you came to counseling to change.
3) Counseling should be efficient. Counseling has significant costs in time and money. I think the benefits far outweigh the costs but if I can give you the benefits while helping you save on the costs then I want to do that.

I received my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida, completed continuing education from the Florida Institute of Technology and post-graduate training earning both my LMHC and BCaBA certification with a training concentration in pediatric behavioral concerns.
I have extensive experience addressing concerns associated with parenting struggles, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other behavioral disorders. Utilizing cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, trauma-informed techniques, and other evidence-based practices I aim to support individuals and families in achieving their identified therapeutic goals and feel empowered to face life's challenges. I am passionate about creating a safe and engaging therapy experience for clients of all ages and would love the opportunity to help you and your family on this journey.
As a passionate and direct therapist, I am dedicated to guiding my clients towards breakthrough moments and empowering them with the tools to navigate life's challenges. I take pride in fostering an environment of trust and open communication, where clients feel safe to explore their emotions and experiences. Through active listening and empathy, I work collaboratively with individuals to identify unhealthy patterns of thinking and behavior, while equipping them with healthy coping skills. My approach is rooted in compassion and authenticity, as I believe in the transformative power of self-awareness and self-compassion. Witnessing my clients achieve personal growth and resilience is not only fulfilling but reaffirms my commitment to facilitating positive change in their lives.
My name is John A. Llauget. I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University and an Educational Specialist Degree in Counseling from University of South Florida. My career in mental health in 1977 working in a psychiatric hospital; and later as a outpatient therapist in a community mental health center working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I was licensed in Florida in 1986 as a Mental Health Counselor and have maintained my license since that date. Also I have worked as an employee assistance counselor, school counselor, associate professor at an international university, and court evaluator for guardianship cases. For 20 years I worked as a cancer counselor with oncology clients helping them cope with illness, stress, and emotional distress.
Additionally I have maintained a practice and interest in Traditional Okinawan Uechi-Ryu, earning a Masters rank in that system of training. I have used martial training with children & adolescents to develop self-control and self esteem. Later when I began working with an elderly population and clients dealing with physical limitations, I taught Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation as a way to improve their health, well-being, and cope with stress. My therapeutic style centers around getting to know a client, develop trust, and talking more explicitly about issues before making any recommendations. I am a strong advocate of evidence-based treatments and teaching ‘tools’ to cope with stress and emotional difficulties. I have gained training in trauma treatment because we now know that it is prevalent in our life experiences. I value compassion, persistence, and patience in working towards change. I look forward to working with you. I also value your time and want to use it productively in assisting you to reach your therapeutic goals.
You DESERVE to Re-SET, To Re-FUEL, To Re-CHARGE. And then TAKE FLIGHT! Since entering the field of therapy I have learned to ascribe to the adage “all behavior has meaning.” Yes, ALL behavior. A deep curiosity for why we all act and think the way we do coupled with my own life’s challenges and experiences has led me to a place of compassion for not only my own life choices but compassion for others. Our thoughts lead to feelings, which leads to action. We are not always proud of our actions. As a woman, mother, wife, and veteran I know all too well the shame that comes with our personal choices and behaviors. I also know there is also a fear of JUDGEMENT when it comes to considering therapy. This is a no-judgement zone and if you are seeking a different feeling and action in your life then you have landed at the right place!
I’m a licensed therapist who helps women navigate life transitions, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem challenges while integrating Christian faith and practical coping tools. My goal is to create a safe, grace-filled space where you can reconnect with peace, purpose, and confidence in who you are.

My approach is warm, supportive, and goal-oriented—helping you focus on what’s working, build emotional resilience, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

I work with adults facing anxiety, addiction, depression, stress, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, family conflict, and mood-related concerns. Through online therapy, I help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and develop practical tools that support healthier patterns and day-to-day functioning.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I create a space where you can feel heard, supported, and challenged in helpful ways while we work toward meaningful change. Together, we’ll build skills, strengthen resilience, and create a clearer path forward. When you’re ready, I’m here to help.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in the state of Florida, and I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of mental health settings—from substance abuse treatment facilities to crisis stabilization centers. These experiences have taught me that healing rarely follows a straight path, and that every individual carries a unique story, shaped by struggle, resilience, and hope.
I'm so glad you're here. It's such a crucial step you've taken, and I honor you for placing your health at the top of your list today! I came to clinical social work after many years of engagement in other fields, so I feel a connection with your efforts to find the right situation and therapist for yourself in this moment. I believe that we are innate experts of our experience, and also that an outside voice and companion can be critical during moments like you may find yourself in now. I believe that therapy is an opportunity to explore not just the areas that are hard for us, but also to expand into the areas that bring joy, light, support and growth. Thank you for considering me as an ally and co-collaborator!
