About me

As a therapist, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal experiences. I approach therapy with empathy, compassion, and authenticity, recognizing that each person's journey is unique. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and overcome challenges that may be impacting their well-being. Together, we work toward meaningful growth, lasting change, and a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. During this time, you will have the opportunity to ask questions about my background, clinical experience, and approach to therapy to determine whether I am the right fit for your needs. I will also conduct a comprehensive assessment to gain a deeper understanding of your presenting concerns, personal history, strengths, and treatment goals. Together, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, identify areas of focus, and develop a plan tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. My goal is to provide clarity about the therapeutic process and how I can best support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and overall well-being.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) serving clients in Georgia, Florida, and Texas. My diverse clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including private practice, college campuses, correctional facilities, faith-based organizations, community mental health agencies, the entertainment industry, and international outreach initiatives. These experiences have equipped me with a broad perspective and the ability to effectively support individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals who are ready to invest in their mental health and personal growth, and who are open to exploring new perspectives, healthier coping strategies, and meaningful change. My ideal clients are motivated to better understand themselves, identify patterns that may no longer be serving them, and challenge the emotional, behavioral, or situational obstacles that may be preventing them from reaching their full potential. Whether they are navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, or difficulties with self-esteem, they are willing to engage in the therapeutic process with curiosity and a desire for growth. Together, we work to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, foster self-awareness, and create lasting changes that support a more balanced, fulfilling, and purposeful life.
