Hi I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my Master's degree in NY and I have been practicing for over 20 years. I am licensed in both Florida and New Jersey. I have diversified experience in the mental health field. I currently focus on helping adults ages 18 -65 years old cope with anxiety and stress in their day to day lives.
In our first session, we will start with brief introductions then discuss the specific challenge you'r facing. This will help us create a plan to work through in following sessions.
Having spent many years working with adults dealing with stress and anxiety in all areas of their lives, I feel I have the necessary tools and methods that leads to measurable progress.
I love working with adults who consider themselves over achievers and perfectionists manage anxiety, feelings of stress and an overall general feeling of being overwhelmed in any area of life. My clients are motivated and want to learn coping skills to help them navigate more effectively.

Tara has been great in our five sessions so far. She makes me think in new ways and wants to find solutions that will enable the best ways to live with ongoing issues. I'm looking forward to more sessions with her.

I have a fear of being judged and that makes it hard for me to open up. Tara has been nothing but nice. Today I finally felt comfortable opening up more. I feel that is greatly due to not feeling judged by Tara. Today Tara said she is here for me and making sure I’m doing better. That helped.
