Hi I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my Master's degree in NY and I have been practicing for over 20 years. I am licensed in both Florida and New Jersey. I have diversified experience in the mental health field. I currently focus on helping adults ages 18 -65 years old cope with anxiety and stress in their day to day lives. Some of my areas of expertise are: Anxiety and stress management, communication and interpersonal skills, navigating relationship dynamics, and life transitions and overall emotional wellness.

Tara has been great in our five sessions so far. She makes me think in new ways and wants to find solutions that will enable the best ways to live with ongoing issues. I'm looking forward to more sessions with her.

I have a fear of being judged and that makes it hard for me to open up. Tara has been nothing but nice. Today I finally felt comfortable opening up more. I feel that is greatly due to not feeling judged by Tara. Today Tara said she is here for me and making sure I’m doing better. That helped.
