My name is Farbod. I am a second generation Persian-American.
My own background continues to shape the way I approach this work. Growing up in California I often felt caught between two cultures—never quite fitting into either. I approach therapy through a combination of learning skills to work through stress, guiding clients to better understanding themselves, and a space to be heard.
I also am an avid gamer (tabletop and video games), home cook, and runner.

Hello! My name is Naomi Ortega, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Fulfilling my role as a therapist means a great deal to me, as does building genuine connections with my clients. It is through that genuine connection that I hope to assist you in navigating through depressive, anxious, traumatic, and stress-related symptoms. I also aim to provide treatment through a culturally sensitive perspective.
I’m someone who believes that healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in relationships where we feel safe enough to be real. As a therapist, I show up with warmth, honesty, and deep respect for your story. I’m especially drawn to working with people who’ve had to hold it all together for others, often at the expense of themselves. If you grew up feeling unseen, like you had to shrink yourself to stay safe or lovable, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep doing it that way.
In our work together, I’ll meet you with curiosity and compassion. I’m here to help you understand where your patterns come from, reconnect with the parts of yourself that got buried, and figure out what healing actually looks like for you. There’s no pressure to be perfect—just space to be honest, explore what matters, and feel a little more free.
I help individuals find relief from anxious thoughts, worries, and overthinking and discover the next logical steps for challenges related to relationships, work stress, communication and family issues. I assist you to gain control of your thoughts and free up mental energy to be more present to connect with your family and friends, increase motivation to achieve your goals, and allow more feelings of joy in your life.

Hi there! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and build stronger, healthier relationships. I work with people who are tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in the same cycles especially those who are high-functioning, insightful, and self-aware, yet still feeling disconnected from themselves, their partners, or the life they’re trying to build.
Whether you’re working through emotional stress, communication breakdowns, intimacy concerns, or burnout, my goal is to help you get to the root of what’s really going on not just the surface-level issues. I focus on helping clients understand their emotional and behavioral patterns so they can create supportive, balanced environments at home, at work, and in their relationships that truly reflect their needs.
My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based therapy, with space for deeper self-reflection. I prioritize making sure you feel valued, understood, and supported throughout the process. Together, we build insight, strengthen communication, and develop tools you can actually use in real life. The work we do is about lasting growth, more clarity, more confidence, deeper connection, and relationships that feel healthier, more aligned, and more you.
Hello and welcome. First of all, I would like to congratulate you on your courage to take the first step in selecting a therapist. The thought of sharing intimate thoughts, struggles and personal experiences can be overwhelming and frightening. I hope to assist you in feeling confident that you have come to the right place to express your needs and work on feeling better. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) from California. I have over 12 years experience in providing services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, trauma, and other challenges.
I have had the pleasure of working in various settings. For about seven years, I worked at a community mental health agency treating children, adolescents, adults, and families with a variety of needs especially those who have experienced trauma. I have found that each individual comes with their unique story and background.
My first experience using telehealth was during the pandemic. With the increase of mental health needs, I discovered the importance of being able to provide services through the telehealth platform. It inspired me to continue to reach those clients who desire telehealth for various reasons. Life can be busy with schedules and finding time for therapy is not always easy. Telehealth can make therapy a little easier.
I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, depression, relationship stress, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful and self-aware but feel stuck in patterns they can’t quite shift — whether that’s overthinking, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling overwhelmed by competing responsibilities.
Many of the adults I work with feel stuck or overwhelmed, even if they’re not entirely sure why. They may struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, setting boundaries, or balancing the many demands in their lives. Therapy becomes a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin making intentional shifts.
My style is collaborative, structured, and supportive. I believe therapy should feel both grounding and practical. In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while also building skills you can apply in everyday life. I aim to create a space that feels calm, respectful, and focused — where insight and action go hand in hand.
I approach therapy with warmth and clarity, helping clients better understand themselves while developing tools that support healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and greater confidence in their decisions.
Like a player who sees their team struggling, no matter what it is you are facing, I'm confidently yelling, "Put me in!" because I love what I do and I am damn good at it. The therapeutic work we do together will not necessarily be easy, but it will be effective and along the journey we will form a genuine bond, laugh together, and get you the relief you seek.
I’m a bilingual Latina therapist. I support individuals who feel stuck in overwhelming emotions or painful relationship patterns. Many of my clients are deeply caring personas que dan mucho, sometimes to their own detriment. I specialize in helping those healing from difficult or unhealthy relationships, including survivors of domestic violence. My approach is warm, honest, and culturally attuned, so you can feel truly understood while also supported in creating real change.
*I only work with individuals, no couples, no minors (under 18)*
Trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, I am available to help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, relational issues, communication skills, depression, and stress management . As a first generation Eritrean American born and raised in the Bay Area, I struggled with a sense of belonging throughout my adolescence, often straddling the line between multiple identities and insecurities surrounding the idea of not being “American enough" and not being “African enough.” Early on in college, I took a psychology class that helped me further understand the human condition and its applications in my own life. I learned transformative concepts in terms of moods, relationships, and behaviors, prompting me to further pursue the field of psychology. Since then, I have taken it upon myself to get advanced training in various therapeutic approaches, which I believe help clients get the most out of their therapy experience.
As a first-generation Arab-American, I grew up navigating two very different cultures. These experiences shaped my understanding of identity, values, and belonging.
I work with young adults and adults from all backgrounds who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about their direction. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and values-based, with room for curiosity and humor. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most to you and work toward building a life that feels aligned and intentional.
I strive to create a space that is inclusive, culturally responsive, and affirming. As a parent, I also understand how life transitions can shift your sense of self and priorities.
I am a compassionate therapist trained in trauma-informed care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, develop insight and build practical skills to navigate life's challenges. My approach focuses on helping individuals understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors while fostering healing, resilience and meaningful change.

Whether supporting someone through the emotional complexities of new parenthood, relationship challenges, or burnout, I approach each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect for their unique story.
My therapeutic style is warm, direct, and integrative drawing from solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, and family systems approaches to create personalized, effective care. I believe that healing happens in relationship, and I strive to ensure every client feels supported, seen, and truly understood.

I hope to reduce anxiety and depression symptoms through deeper insight and ability to recognize and break unconscious patterns. Through my therapy journey I have gained much experience in working with diverse people. I'm glad you are moving towards living a more fulfilling and happier life. I am here to support you so you can empower yourself on your journey of transformation.

Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I’ve worked in hospice, school settings, and private practice over the past several years. I help individuals who are feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed reconnect with themselves and build confidence from the inside out. Clients appreciate my grounded yet flexible approach—I guide each session while creating space for them to lead, which helps them feel truly seen and supported.
You want to change your feelings, thoughts, or behaviors, but every time you try, it blows up in your face. (Not literally...hopefully.) How do you get unstuck?! The most important factor is the relationship with your therapist. My main focus is teaming up with you - not telling you what to do - to figure out how to help you create new patterns.
My practice mostly revolves around increasing your awareness of what’s happening in your mind and your body – and above all, respecting your experience. My approach focuses on mindfulness, DBT, and post-traumatic growth. This takes work, but with the help of someone you trust, you absolutely can change the structure of your brain!
As much as I may be in the most privileged of demographics (see photo), I’ve taken a lifetime’s worth of feeling inferior and deployed it for good: Being able to empathize with you, the client. I've worked extensively with anger, grief, substance use, LGBTQ+-related issues, insomnia, racial identity, relationship issues, sports performance, etc.
I have an easygoing way of communicating with clients. My communication style definitely doesn't have that solemn, overly serious tone that you might see depicted in movie therapists. Just to forewarn: My sessions can and will include some (very lame) jokes here and there, but that does not mean I don't take your struggle seriously.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from USC, and I have been supporting individuals through life’s challenges for the past seven years. Throughout my career, I have worked with youth, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, and the ongoing impact of stress and emotional overwhelm. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, grounded, and infused with moments of humor when it helps create connection and ease.
I draw from evidence based practices including EMDR, CBT, DBT, trauma informed care, and parts oriented work to create a therapeutic experience that feels personal and meaningful. My intention is to help clients understand themselves more deeply, process what has been weighing on them, and build the resilience and confidence needed to move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. I believe healing is possible, and I am here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strength, clarity, and inner capacity for change.

You may feel lost, empty, anxious, alone, with no place to turn to, but as we work together, I will lead you to explore those wounds and emotions that are creating the pain you feel. Clinging to old patterns and emotions is familiar and safe, but it does not serve us well. However, as we walk together, your life will begin to have the purpose you are seeking and deserve as you let go of old emotions and experiences.
Taking the first step to self understanding can be intimidating and it takes courage to embark on a journey for change where you will be in control of your life and to all issues overwhelming you with anxious feelings and overwhelming thoughts. You are not alone, you can do it, and I will support you all the way as we work together!
A bit about me: I’m a true crime junkie, I love painting, bowling, and music in any mood, so trust me when I say there is nothing too weird or too much here. We’ll move at your pace, and I’ll walk beside you every step of the way. When you come into the therapy room, I will be warm, welcoming, and real, because therapy can feel intimidating and nobody needs extra pressure on top of what they already carry.
