Hi, I'm a licensed mental health therapist based in California, and I've had the privilege of working with individuals for the past seven years. My passion lies in helping adults navigate through the different seasons and challenges of life, with the goal of empowering them to live a fulfilling and balanced life. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on working with individuals who struggle with anxiety and depression—two of the most common yet often misunderstood mental health challenges. I understand that these issues can feel overwhelming and isolating, but I also believe that with the right support and guidance, it’s possible to find a path toward healing and wholeness. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that each person is unique, and therefore, deserves a personalized and compassionate approach. I integrate various therapeutic techniques tailored to your specific needs, combining evidence-based practices with a holistic understanding of mental health. This includes addressing the mind, body, and spirit to create a comprehensive plan that supports your overall well-being. In our work together, my hope is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your feelings, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop new strategies for coping and thriving. Whether you’re dealing with the pressures of everyday life, navigating a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you. Ultimately, my goal is to help you not just survive, but truly thrive. I believe in your potential to live a whole and healthy life, and I’m committed to being a partner in your journey toward greater mental and emotional well-being. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support you in achieving the life you desire.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with exploring specific challenges or needs you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with individuals for the past 7 years, I aim to identify the root causes of your challenges while equipping you with practical ways to help you navigate through your struggles. Working with these clients is a privilege, and I am honored to be a part of their journey toward wholeness and well-being.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with adults (18-29) who are navigating depressive and anxious symptoms and are committed to personal growth. My clients are open to exploring how their childhood experiences have shaped their current struggles and are willing to challenge and change negative narratives that hold them back. They understand that therapy is a collaborative process and are active participants, eager to integrate and practice new strategies to improve their mental health. They’re not just focused on alleviating symptoms but are dedicated to self-discovery and creating a life that aligns with their values. My clients are resilient, patient, and ready to embrace the therapeutic journey, understanding that meaningful change takes time and effort. They value the opportunity to actively shape their healing process, and they approach therapy with a sense of curiosity and a commitment to becoming the best versions of themselves. Working with these clients is a rewarding experience, as they are deeply invested in their journey toward wholeness and well-being.
