(she/her)
When life feels heavy or uncertain, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting children, teens, and families through compassionate, trauma-informed care. With five years of experience working with youth, I understand the real challenges young people and their families face. Over the years, I’ve seen how experiences in early childhood can continue to show up in adulthood, and I’m passionate about helping people understand and heal from that impact. I really enjoy working with trauma, PTSD, and using EMDR, and my goal is to support you for as long as you need.
In our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your previous experiences and what has brought you to therapy, so I can understand what’s most important to you and how I can best support you. It’s a chance to share your story, ask questions, and start building a safe space together.
What makes me different is that I like to focus on your own strengths while also looking at the bigger picture of how your past experiences have shaped your life today. I aim to help you see patterns, understand yourself more fully, and use the resilience you already have to create meaningful change.
I work well with clients who are motivated for change and open to a solution-focused approach. Many people I support struggle with anxiety, depression, overthinking, sadness, or relationship stress. I welcome individuals who are willing to reflect on childhood experiences and attachment patterns, and explore how these shape current relationships, emotions, and future goals. Commitment to the therapy process is important.
Other specialties
I identify as
Trauma Informed Care
I use a trauma-informed approach because so often, beneath the surface of depression and anxiety, there’s an untold story that simply needs understanding, safety, and compassion to begin to heal.
Strength-Based
I believe every person already carries the resilience and wisdom they need to heal, and my role is to help them rediscover it.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use a cognitive-behavioral approach because I’ve seen how small shifts in the way we think can make a big difference in how we feel. I like helping clients notice their thought patterns and find new ways to respond to them. It’s really meaningful to watch someone realize they have more control over their emotions and reactions than they thought.
EMDR
EMDR is a powerful tool in helping people process painful memories that still affect them today. I like that it doesn’t require clients to relive every detail of their trauma, but instead helps their mind and body release what’s been stuck. It’s incredible to witness someone begin to feel lighter, calmer, and more at peace with their past.
Psychoeducation
I use psychoeducation because understanding what’s happening in our minds and bodies can be really empowering. I like helping clients see that their symptoms, like anxiety or depression, are not personal flaws but understandable responses to life experiences. When people know what’s going on, they often feel more in control and better able to take steps toward healing.

Ashley is extremely understanding. She actively listens and provides amazing feedback while asking you important questions. During our sessions she’ll bring up certain things of what she noticed or ask really important reflective questions that I would not have thought to ask myself or what I was not bring up into light. She adds in a new perspective into our sessions while uplifting you as a person and helps you highlight your strengths. I feel very seen, heard, and understood in our sessions:)
