It can be hard to talk to friends or family about painful emotions, and I want to help. I use an integrated approach with all clients. I believe in using an eclectic approach to help clients meet their goals for therapy. I am an Advanced Trauma Certified Practitioner and use EMDR and a trauma-focused approach to process past trauma that is impacting their lives today.
During our first session, we will discuss your history, current symptoms and discuss your goals for therapy.

Person-centered therapy is a non-directive type of therapy based on empathy and positive regard. Working with the client to create a safe, non judgemental space to process emotions and thoughts.
CBT is a collaborative approach that focuses on the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It can be helpful in understanding how to manage our thoughts and reactions.
I am trained in EMDR and working on becoming certified in this treatment approach. EMDR is a therapy technique that can help clients process trauma or other distressing life events.
I strongly believe in creating the right type of treatment approach for clients. With an eclectic approach multiple therapeutic interventions can be used to fit client's goals and needs.
