I am a clinician with experience helping clients who struggle with finding their sense of self and feeling confident in their life decisions. I work collaboratively to support individuals in exploring their values, understanding patterns that may hold them back, and developing the skills and insight needed to make empowered, fulfilling choices. My approach focuses on guiding clients toward self-awareness, resilience, and a greater sense of clarity and satisfaction in their lives.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. I’ll provide a brief overview of how therapy works, what you can expect from our time together, and the approaches I use. Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to share what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns or questions you have. My hope is that by the end of the session, you feel comfortable, informed, and confident in the process as we begin working together toward meaningful change.
My greatest strengths as a clinician are that I am direct and straightforward, but always mindful of your goals and how to get there. I walk alongside you throughout the process, supporting you without judgment. I remain calm and steady even in difficult moments, and I often sense what’s happening beneath the surface before it is even said. My approach is grounded in safety, trust, and clarity.
I am best positioned to serve clients who are ready to do the work and understand that meaningful change requires effort, reflection, and commitment. I work most effectively with individuals who are motivated to explore their patterns, take responsibility for their growth, and actively engage in shaping the life they want.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have extensive experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) across a range of populations, including adolescents, adults, and individuals experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related concerns, and behavioral challenges. I am trained in both traditional CBT and trauma-informed adaptations, which allows me to tailor interventions to clients’ developmental stage, cognitive abilities, and unique psychosocial context. Over the years, I have used CBT to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, challenge cognitive distortions, and develop practical, evidence-based coping strategies.
Attachment-based
I have significant experience using Attachment-Based Therapy (ABT) to support clients in understanding and improving relational patterns that stem from early attachment experiences. I work with individuals, adolescents, and families who present with challenges such as insecure attachment, relational conflict, emotional dysregulation, and difficulties forming or maintaining healthy relationships. My experience includes addressing both the long-term impact of early relational trauma and current interpersonal difficulties, while fostering safe, supportive therapeutic relationships.
Motivational Interviewing
I have extensive experience using Motivational Interviewing (MI) with clients across a variety of settings, including behavioral health, substance use, chronic health management, and adolescent and adult populations. MI has been a core tool in my practice to support clients who may be ambivalent about change, struggle with adherence to treatment, or need support identifying and clarifying their own motivation for growth. I have applied MI in individual, group, and family contexts, often integrating it with CBT, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approaches to enhance engagement and facilitate meaningful behavioral change.
