What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help us create a tailored plan and goals to work through in follow-up sessions. I will review the therapeutic process and what sessions may look like together. I will allow you time to ask any questions you may have.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Some of my strengths include crisis communication, coping skill development, safety planning, and behavior modification. I have experience working with children, youth, and families of all backgrounds and family dynamics. I have provided therapy for adults who experience depression and anxiety symptoms of everyday life or that have developed from trauma. I have a wealth of knowledge working with individuals who have experienced domestic violence. Lastly, I have experience working with individuals seeking self growth.
