LCSW, 8 years of experience
I was born and bred in Kentucky and have been living in the great state of Florida since 2013. I decided to become a clinician due to my own personal experiences with abuse, feelings of unworthiness, anxiety, fear, self-hate, and low self-esteem. I found a way out of my dark tunnel and emerged into the light, and I want to show others how they can do the same! Empowerment comes from within, and it has been within you all along. My job is to help you bring it to the surface, flex those muscles, and realize how strong, resilient, and amazing you really are!
In our first session together, we will get to know each other, discuss the specific challenges that you are facing, and create treatment goals.
I will be your biggest cheerleader! I am very warm & caring; direct & honest. My goal is to lift you up & teach you how to love yourself. I will not only support you during our weekly sessions, but I will support you whenever you need me, to the best of my abilities by offering text and calls in between sessions, free of charge.
Clients who struggle with self-worth, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, clients who have past or present history with domestic violence/abuse who seek freedom and self-empowerment.

Allie is really great at listening and making you feel understood. I always feel like I can be 100% honest with her. I also like the variety of solutions she gives me as 1 thing does not work for everyone. I also appreciate how comfortable it is to talk to her as I’m a very private person and don’t really open up that much to people. She is very uplifting and energetic which creates a very positive environment!

Only our first visit but we communicated with ease.
In my therapy practice, I incorporate Positive Psychology because it shifts the focus from just reducing distress to enhancing well-being, resilience, and fulfillment. While traditional therapy often addresses what’s wrong, Positive Psychology helps clients recognize what’s strong—empowering them to build meaningful lives.
