I have been working in mental health for 15 years. I have experience working with many different areas of concern, but areas of focus include helping men and women that struggle with anxiety, depression, self esteem, self worth, codependency, substance use, relationship issues, motherhood, and professional growth and development. In our first session together will be getting to learn about one another. We will review background information but most importanly we will discuss and develop some general goals for our work together to ensure that each session moving foward you feel you are one step closer to reaching those goals.
When working through difficult feelings and emotions you can count on me to be your biggest supporter and cheerleader, I will be sure to show you how to value yourself, identify, and be proud of all your accomplishments big and small. I will help you identify patterns and implement tools that lead you to a happier you.
