What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I primarily focus on using psychodynamic therapy techniques, such as talk therapy and free association. I have experience using CBT, DBT and MI to assist in the therapy process.

I have a unique view and experience with treating co-occurring disorders that will promote health and improve quality of life. I have an extensive history in the mental health field working with adults and providing care for patients who struggle with depression, anxiety, issues related to life transitions, social skills, relationships, and behavioral problems. Together we can work towards a better understanding of your wants, needs, and identities.
