I offer a kind and relaxed environment where you can safely explore your experience without judgement. I believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship forms the basis of transformational change. In addition to the importance of relationship, I am highly trained in trauma care. I utilize Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to assist client's in quickly processing traumatic experiences. I also focus on Bipolar Disorder and personality disorders. I offer in office services in DeLand, Florida. I also offer tele-health services. I primarily focus on adolescent and adult individuals. I utilize a combination of kindness and competence to assist my clients in making lasting positive change.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Client's can expect to feel lighter after sessions. Over time, they can expect to identify and explore enduring patterns of limiting behaviors. Client's can expect to process trauma and relational stresses that contribute to limiting patterns. Once trauma is processed, client will have the freedom to choose and implement new positive patterns that will contribute to transformational change.

I utilize EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My biggest strength is the ability to create a kind and relaxed space where client's feel safe to explore difficult life experience. I am a lifelong learner who is constantly upgrading my skills but I think that without a trusting relationship, therapy skills and interventions are less successful.
