Anxiety, relationship stress, burnout, or just feeling lost? Let’s sort it out together. I'm a South Asian License Mental Health Counselor who values honesty, humanity, and connection. Life can get overwhelming, and therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest about what you’re carrying without feeling judged. I aim to offer a warm, down-to-earth environment where sessions feel like real conversations, not pressure or perfection. I use a person-centered approach along with practical tools like CBT to help you understand your emotions, build coping skills, and work through patterns that keep you feeling stuck. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you make changes that feel realistic and sustainable in everyday life.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is all about you! Your story, your challenges, and your goals. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and start creating practical, personalized strategies to help you feel more in control and supported. It’s a judgment-free space where your voice matters, and by the end, you’ll leave feeling heard, understood, and ready to take the next step toward the change you want. Book now to start your journey, you don’t have to do this alone!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I combine empathy, reflective listening, and practical interventions to support self-awareness, insight, and real-world change. While I use evidence-based strategies like CBT, every session is guided by your unique needs and pace. I value honesty and authenticity, and I strive to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and empowered.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I support teens, adults, and families navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and mental health concerns. My goal is to help you feel empowered, build resilience, and achieve the positive changes you want in your life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Identify the situation and notice the automatic thoughts and feelings that come up. Examine and challenge unhelpful thoughts by looking for evidence and considering more balanced alternatives. Practice replacing those thoughts and testing new behaviors that support more helpful emotional and behavioral responses.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

My approach is person-centered, focusing on your unique experiences while empowering you to find your own solutions and strengths.
