I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field and 5 years in private practice. I support individuals working through stressful life transitions and self-doubt. I specialize in helping clients who are genuinely ready to invest in themselves and learn evidence-based behaviors. The lasting impact of our work together is a stronger sense of self, enhanced emotional regulation, and a reliable toolkit of coping strategies to navigate life smoothly. By establishing clear therapy goals together, the impact we make centers on building resilience, and empowering them with a new confidence.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor living in Texas. I have experience working in public schools, prison settings, children's advocacy center, my private practice and online counseling. I enjoy helping people make changes that will benefit their best life. I work with children ages 10 and parenting skills for the family. I have several years of counseling but I know each person has his/her issues to deal with throughout the daily routine of life. My method is eclectic of many different modes of counseling rather than one direct approach that works for everyone.
I offer telehealth counseling for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, trauma-related symptoms, emotional dysregulation, and behavioral challenges. Many of the individuals I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to move forward despite wanting meaningful change.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed principles, and person-centered care. I help clients identify patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills to regulate distress, improve communication, and increase self-awareness. For clients navigating trauma or relational wounds, I prioritize stabilization and emotional safety before engaging in deeper processing.
I strive to balance warmth with thoughtful directness. Sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented, yet client-paced. I work alongside clients to clarify their goals, strengthen coping strategies, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop healthier relational patterns. My focus is not only symptom reduction but sustainable growth that extends beyond the therapy room.
Above all, I aim to create a steady, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas with more than 25 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio and provide therapeutic services to individuals aged three and older. My clinical practice addresses a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anger dysregulation, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am committed to fostering meaningful psychological growth and supporting each client in achieving their highest level of functioning. It would be a privilege to assist you in your therapeutic journey.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complexities of trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and the daily challenges that can sometimes feel unmanageable. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to meet you where you are, providing a safe and compassionate space to explore your inner world. In my practice, I use evidence-based approaches that support you in uncovering your strengths, developing new coping skills, and finding pathways to healing and resilience.
I have 9 years of experience offering support for those going through hard things. I hold a Masters degree in Social Work from Tarleton State University. I strive to embrace life's full spectrum and provide space for others while helping them to live their best lives . I have experience working with adults, children and adolescents in an array of settings including shelters, outreach centers, schools and hospitals.
Since becoming a counselor, I have worked in a variety of community counseling settings. I have worked with clients from ages 3 through 80 and with individuals, couples, and families. With that breadth of experience, very little shocks or surprises me and I have gotten a pretty good sense of where the types of counseling that play to my strengths as a counselor overlap with the types of counseling that are helpful for my clients. This sense (along with learning about lots and lots of research into what helps people find and maintain mental health) has led to the following guiding principles that shape all the counseling I do:
1) The client is always in charge. I know a lot of things but you will always be the one who decides what you want to get out of counseling, how we work towards that goal, whether or not what we’re doing seems to be working, and when we’re done.
2) Change and health happen through relationships. No matter what you come in for, there are always relational implications of change and relational factors that contribute to whatever it is that you came to counseling to change.
3) Counseling should be efficient. Counseling has significant costs in time and money. I think the benefits far outweigh the costs but if I can give you the benefits while helping you save on the costs then I want to do that.
Everyone has their own unique story and I will work to understand yours.
I work with a variety of people including individuals, couples and families from a wide variety of professions, family situations, race, age and religious affiliations. Some of the issues I have experience and success working with are sexual dysfunction, infidelity, communication issues, trauma, and mental disorders. My approach looks at the entire person and the “system” in and surrounding them. I examine elements of people’s lives like their physical well-being, emotional coping and conflict resolution skills.
We will work together in developing helpful behaviors and collaborate to create a safe place to develop emotional and physical wellness.

My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and rooted in helping clients understand the connection between their mind and body. Often, our thoughts, emotions, and physical responses tell a deeper story about our experiences. Together, we will explore those patterns in a safe and supportive space, helping you build insight, resilience, and practical tools for lasting change. My goal is not simply symptom relief, but empowerment — so you can better understand yourself, respond rather than react, and move forward with confidence and clarity.
Hey, I'm Hailey. My approach to therapy is personable and down-to-earth. We can cuss, laugh, yell, or cry in session. Through my experience in inpatient, private practice, and shelters, I have learned that the most significant change occurs with learning concepts alongside practical application. Talking and processing are important, because it helps to identify patterns and recurring themes that are causing ongoing suffering; however, we need to also be able to sustain change by applying new ways of thinking and new skills.

As a first generation college graduate, I understand what it means to navigate systems, expectations, and transitions without a roadmap. My own journey shaped the heart of my work: helping adolescents and young adults who are carrying similar pressures, hopes, and responsibilities. I know the resilience it takes to succeed while balancing family dynamics, cultural identity, and the desire to create a life that feels authentic and self directed. In my practice, I use a solution focused, strengths based approach that empowers clients to identify what’s working, build on their natural abilities, and create meaningful change in their daily lives. I believe therapy should be practical, collaborative, and deeply affirming—especially for individuals who have had to figure out so much on their own. I am passionate about supporting first generation students, high achieving youth, and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds who are navigating identity development, family expectations, academic or career stress, and the pressure to “be the one who makes it.” My goal is to provide a space where clients feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools that help them move forward with steadiness and self‑trust.
I am in private practice in Dallas.
