Hola! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that has developed experience helping families with generational trauma, cultural issues, youth-specific trauma, challenges as an immigrant, life adjustments, and family conflict. I utilize a client centered and holistic approach during each session. I tailor dialog and treatment plans to meet the unique and specific needs of each client using a variety of models including cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, art therapy, narrative therapy, and play therapy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, I'll ask questions to get to know the larger picture of your life and collaborate with you to make a plan together that will help you achieve your goals with therapy. You can expect complete genuine regard and full transparency from me.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My own experiences with life, family conflict, and as an immigrant helped me develop a strong understanding of the impact that life adjustments can have on a person's mental health and overall sense of well-being. I am a constant seeker of self improvement by gaining knowledge and greater self awareness. These aspects of myself coupled with my professional training allow me to connect with clients of all ages, but specifically with youth. I utilize unconditional positive regard with all my clients.
