I received my license to practice marriage and family therapy in Texas in 1995. Over the years I've had the opportunity to work successfully with many different types of clients.
I am experienced with mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder. Anxiety, and adjustment disorders are quite common. We are all products of our family and culture so these issues are discussed in individual and couples counseling sessions.
Because my specialty is marriage and family counseling, I sometimes work with couples or with several family members in the counseling session. If you are seeking marital therapy, then you are already aware of how complex it is to resolve problems to satisfy both of you. I want you to know that it is possible to unravel the issues and resolve them. All that is required is honesty – primarily with yourself – and a bit of work. We have seen many couples return to a peaceful and satisfying marriage.
My counseling style is relaxed, but very direct. I prefer for clients to come to counseling weary of how things are going and prepared to begin changing their life.
I practice solution-oriented and CBT counseling techniques which means that we work hard to ensure you come to as few sessions as possible. Many clients report 6 to 10 sessions are sufficient to provide mastery over the symptoms that brought them to therapy.
Integrity, honesty and decency are keys to success and it is my commitment to bring these characteristics to each session.

Hello! My name is Guadalupe, I am a Catholic Licensed Professional Counselor who has experience working with diverse populations. My approach to therapy entails collaborating with you as an individual and working together to navigate towards the root of the issue. During our sessions, you are in control – we will only go as far as you are willing to. However, as your therapist, it will be my duty to carefully prod and inquire in certain instances to help you in your healing process. This may sound uncomfortable, even scary, but I hope you learn how discomfort may bring changes to your emotional stability, general happiness, and overall mental state. If you have come this far to search for a therapist then there is a part of you that is conscious of a living experience absent of these burdens: it is that same part that believes and hopes on that version of you. Consider then listening to that inner voice that is yearning to be known.
¡Hola!

Hi!, I'm Jacqueline, a Licensed Professional Counselor who truly gets the beautiful chaos of modern life because I'm living it right alongside you.
After earning my psychology degree from Texas Tech in three years (because I thought sleep was optional back then!) and my master's in Rehabilitation Counseling Psychology from UT Southwestern, I spent over a decade working at places like UT Arlington, Children's Medical Center, and UT Southwestern's Neuropsychology department. But my real education came when life happened – getting married and having multiple kiddos.
Suddenly, I wasn't just understanding anxiety and overwhelm from textbooks. I was the one eating meals with one hand while bouncing a baby, wondering if I'd ever feel human again, and trying to balance professional responsibilities with the complete identity shift that comes with motherhood.
Those experiences taught me what no graduate program could: what it really feels like to juggle everything while questioning if you're failing at it all. Now, after 20+ years of marriage and navigating the ongoing adventure of raising three kids, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work.
I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. But what sets me apart is that I apply these tools through the lens of someone who has walked the same path.
Whether you're a young professional feeling overwhelmed, a new mom wondering where your identity went, or a working parent trying to find balance, I see you – because I've been you. My goal is simple: help you create a life you're thriving in, not just surviving. Because trust me, it's absolutely possible.
I've been in the behavioral health field since 1999 and practiced as a therapist since 2006. I'm trauma-informed, neurodivergent affirming, and strengths-based in my approaches. I am EMDR certified and specialize in: anxiety, trauma, ADHD and neurodivergence. I'm also the parent of an autistic teen, so I know first-hand the challenges parents go through in trying to do what's best for their child and not always knowing what that is.

Outside of therapy, you'll often find me indulging in my top three hobbies: traveling, exploring the great outdoors, and diving into captivating books. These interests not only fuel my personal growth but also enrich my therapeutic practice, providing a diverse perspective that resonates with my clients.
In our sessions together, you can expect a warm and collaborative environment where your unique strengths and experiences are valued. Through empathetic listening and evidence-based interventions, we'll work together to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and positive coping skills. My goal is to help you unlock your full potential and lead a more meaningful and authentic life.

I work with women who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, or disconnected from their sense of self. Many of the women I support struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, feeling responsible for everyone else’s needs while neglecting their own, and navigating challenges related to relationships, intimacy, and sexual health.
Therapy with me is a space to slow down, gain clarity, and understand the patterns that keep showing up in your life. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your sense of self, improve communication and boundaries, and develop coping strategies that support long-term emotional well-being—not just short-term relief.
If you’re looking for support that goes beyond symptom management and helps you create meaningful, lasting change, you don’t have to do that work alone.
I provide a warm, nurturing, & faith-honoring space for young adults & moms who are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, & major life transitions. I specialize in supporting individuals who often carry the emotional weight of expectations, responsibilities, & caregiving—while quietly struggling to care for themselves.
For young adults, therapy can be a place to process academic pressure, identity development, faith questions, relationship challenges, & the emotional overwhelm that often comes with stepping into adulthood. For moms, I offer compassionate support through the emotional shifts of motherhood, postpartum adjustment, self-doubt, & the desire to remain grounded in both faith & self-care.
My approach gently integrates Christian & Catholic values for those who wish to include faith as part of their healing journey, honoring the mind, body, & spirit. Whether you’re seeking calm amid racing thoughts, relief from emotional heaviness, or a renewed sense of purpose & confidence, I walk alongside you with empathy, understanding, & encouragement.
Together, we’ll navigate the tides of life & create space for peace, healing, & renewal. I welcome you to begin your journey toward finding your own mental oasis—even in the midst of life’s waves. 🌊

Hi, I'm Shelly — a licensed professional counselor with a passion for helping people find their footing when life feels overwhelming. My journey in mental health began decades ago in music therapy, working in psychiatric settings where I first witnessed the remarkable capacity people have to heal when given the right support and a safe space. That foundation shapes the way I work to this day — with attunement, creativity, and a deep belief in each person's capacity to heal.
I specialize in anxiety, OCD, trauma, and addiction recovery, using evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build real, lasting skills rather than just temporary relief. I have a particular heart for neurodivergent individuals — including those with ADHD and autism — who may have spent years feeling misunderstood. You do fit — sometimes it just takes the right space to discover that.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Good therapy isn't just about insight — it's about leaving each session with something you can actually use. I'll meet you where you are, move at a pace that feels right, and work hard to make sure our time together is meaningful.
For clients who desire it, I welcome the integration of faith and spirituality into our work. I believe healing touches the whole person — mind, heart, and spirit — and that for many people, faith isn't separate from their healing but central to it. I hold that with care and without pressure.
Whether you're navigating a specific struggle or carrying a weight you've held for too long, you don't have to do it alone. Reaching out is the hardest step — and I'm really glad you're here.
I'd love the opportunity to connect.

I’m Phillip, a therapist dedicated to helping people grow into the version of themselves they’ve been working toward—often while navigating heavy pressure. My background as an educator and counselor has fueled my passion for supporting others as they untangle complex expectations and begin to cultivate a value-fueled, authentic life. I understand first hand the struggle of struggling to 'be successful' while also exploring the answers to 'who am I?' As the son of Chinese immigrants from Mexico, raised in Mississippi, I personally understand the challenge of living between cultures and the "liminal spaces" where identity can feel uncertain.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life’s challenges. My work is rooted in compassion, cultural understanding, and creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and heard. I have experience working with diverse communities, including immigrant and Spanish-speaking populations, and I strive to provide care that is both culturally responsive and meaningful. I believe in meeting clients where they are, building on their strengths, and walking alongside them as they work toward healing, growth, and stability.

I believe talk therapy is a power tool. It can heal. It can empower. It can bring about the kind of changes you seek. In order for talk therapy to really work, you must feel connected to and trust the therapist you work with so I encourage you to find the right fit. We will start where you are and, together, we will explore new ways of making your life more manageable. To struggle is to be part of the human experience. Struggle can be a motivator for change. Those self-defeating thoughts are not who you are. These life circumstances do not have to define your whole life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has provided behavioral health services to individuals since 2011. My practice approach is to start where you are in your life. I will compassionately listen to help you gain insight and develop tools to cope with life's challenges. Life transitions are normal, but sometimes living life can become so overwhelming you need someone to talk to about it. My goal is to help you cope with these changes and to move forward.
It is ok not to be ok. We all find ourselves in difficult situations and therapy/counseling can help to alleviate those feelings of shame, guilt, being misunderstood, despair, and other emotions associated with those situations. I enjoy helping people grow in life, overcome adversity, and navigate difficult situations throughout their lives.
I am experienced in helping others with issues of depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, stress, co-occurring disorders, men's issues, teens, and children. I use DBT, CBT, person-centered, strength-based perspective, and other forms of therapy to help others.
I am here to listen and support you. Your story matters. Reach out and let's begin the healing journey.
Hello there! I'm Devin.
I truly believe therapy shouldn't have to feel like a job interview. It's an opportunity to discover great qualities about yourself in the hopes that you can become more empowered and confident about your abilities than you did before.
I strive to assist individuals that struggle with some of the most difficult challenges they face daily (i.e. depression, anxiety, history of trauma, & stress). We will be able to work collectively to identify skills and techniques that help manage some of the negative emotions that stem from burnout at school/work, relationship/friendship issues, and low self-esteem issues.
At the end of the day, I like to provide you the power to dictate which way you want to go with your self-healing. You deserve to feel happy, and you deserve to be able to have control over your life. I look forward to start working with you!
