Who are you? That's a question that we are often asked and many of us are still on a mission to find the answer to that question. Let's journey together to uncover the You that has possibly been buried by childhood trauma, an abusive relationship or even the burden of daily responsibilities that you face. I specialize in assisting those wracked with the pains of depression, trauma, grief, identity crisis and substance use. I use acquired knowledge and an instinctive skill set to implement evidence-based techniques such as CBT and DBT. I also incorporate a holistic approach that puts You at the center of your journey.
In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. Then we will explore ways to change your thought processes to achieve positive outcomes.
Collaboration is key during this journey. You won't have to do it alone.
