The value of serving others has been evident throughout my life. Having many years of work experience, including the armed forces, has helped me become a more flexible and well-rounded individual. My experience is across a variety of behavioral health settings including various levels of education, structured outpatient and inpatient psychiatric facilities, outreach and community mental health, managed care, and private practice promoting alternative therapies such as Emotional Support Animals as an accommodation and Hopscotch Play. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), additional credentials are Certified Anger Resolution Therapist (CART) and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP).
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Being complimented and supported for your courage to take steps forward on your life journey.
Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
My investment is in emphasizing a more integrative and holistic approach to mental health. Treatment that focuses on depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress, and anger management. My heartfelt passion is to empower others to reach their fullest potential by assessing the need and providing them with information and resources. Furthermore, implementing relaxation techniques and mindfulness, spirituality, nutritional health, and physical fitness to aid in coping with life changes.
