I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. I use a range of therapeutic methods to help clients gain insight, build on their strengths, and develop practical coping strategies that support meaningful change. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful and lasting change.
In our first session, we will get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals. We will also review relevant background information and begin identifying priorities for treatment so we can create a collaborative plan tailored to your needs.
My greatest strengths include my ability to build strong therapeutic rapport, my collaborative and client-centered approach, and my use of evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s needs. My social work background supports a whole-person perspective, allowing me to consider emotional, environmental, and systemic factors that impact well-being.
I support individuals who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or navigating periods of transition and want to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. I work well with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and motivation difficulties. My approach is collaborative and supportive, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space to help clients identify and build on their existing strengths while developing practical tools to improve emotional well-being, increase resilience, and move toward their personal therapy goals.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress.
Motivational Interviewing
I use motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in exploring ambivalence and increasing motivation for positive change.
Strength-Based
I use a strengths-based approach to help clients recognize and build upon their existing abilities, resilience, and personal resources.
