Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session consists of getting to know the client, establish goals for therapy, discuss client's history. We will explore therapeutic goals that the client wants to achieve.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with a variety of clients over the past 20 years, I enjoy problem solving and collaborating with the client to work towards living a healthy and productive life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with children, adolescents and adults; typically focusing on depression, anxiety, coping skills, life transitions. I prefer to work with children over the age of 10, as well as prefer for these sessions to be in person.
