I am licensed in Texas with an associates in justice administration, a bachelor's in justice administration with a focus on human services and a minor in psychology, and a master's of arts in counseling. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, trauma, abuse, and anger management. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I have worked with all levels of addiction, Bexar County Probation, in-patient recovery, wounded transition for military members, domestic violence, and crisis intervention.
I believe in a realistic approach through transparency and being authentic. I am a real person and I want to help with genuine concerns for all people. Introductions and getting familiar with backgrounds are usually where I start.
Authenticity, realistic goals, and a holistic approach have worked to this point.

Donna has been helping me tremendously with getting through a lot of past traumas. She is very intelligent, funny, and straight forward. I am always looking forward to our session, because she helps me get through my week and seeing different perspectives. I am thankful for her, and I appreciate her so much.

What led me to Donna was her broad range of experience. I knew I needed someone who could support me through trauma and she was the perfect fit.
