Hello to all! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Michigan, but with licenses in California, Texas, Michigan, Idaho, Delaware, and Montana. I received my Masters from Wayne State University and have been practicing for 20+ years. I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma related to relationship or family issues. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then do a dive into the areas that are most challenging for you and what you are hoping to achieve from therapy. I will pay close attention to your story and take notes that will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
