Hi! My name is Gina and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in New Jersey. I received my Master's degree from Rutgers University in Camden and have been practicing for over ten years. I help teenagers, young adults and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and life transitions become more capable and confident in managing life stressors.
Hi, I'm Jean Messeroux, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW from Columbia University and over eleven years of experience supporting people through some of the most formative and demanding seasons of their lives. My background spans education and healthcare, where I worked as a teacher, social worker, and social emotional learning facilitator, and that experience shaped a practice built on the belief that therapy should feel practical, human, and connected to what you're actually living through, not detached from it. I work with a wide range of people, students figuring out who they are, professionals managing pressure and burnout, parents balancing everything at once, and athletes navigating performance and identity, because the core work of understanding yourself and building healthier patterns looks similar no matter what world you come from. Whatever brought you here, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen quickly and leave with tools you can actually use.
I am licensed in Maryland, Virginia and New Jersey with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
I work with women and women-identifying individuals who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships, reproductive mental health, and all of the complicated identity shifts that can come with being a woman in different seasons of life. Many of my clients are smart, capable, and very good at keeping things moving. On the outside, they may look like they have it all together. Inside, they may feel anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, disconnected from themselves, or simply tired of carrying so much.
I especially enjoy working with women through young adulthood, dating and relationships, marriage, career stress, perfectionism, infertility, fertility treatment and IVF, pregnancy, postpartum changes, motherhood, parenting, grief and loss, and midlife transitions. I also work with women who are trying to figure out who they are now that the version of themselves that used to fit no longer quite does.
Reproductive and perinatal mental health is a particular passion of mine. As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C), I have specialized training in infertility, IVF and fertility treatment, pregnancy, postpartum mental health, pregnancy loss, reproductive grief, family-building decisions, and the emotional complexities that can come with becoming a parent.
My style as a therapist is warm, conversational, thoughtful, and active. I believe therapy can be meaningful without feeling stiff or overly clinical. We will talk about difficult things, but we can also laugh. I will listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, notice patterns, and help you make sense of what is happening underneath the surface. My goal is for you to feel understood, challenged when it is helpful, and comfortable enough to show up as yourself.
Are you wrestling with feelings of depression or anxiety? Is your consumption of alcohol becoming a problem? As we work together in therapy, we can uncover the reasons for these emotions and behaviors. Sometimes these maladaptive coping mechanisms can stem from past trauma or deeper wounds.

Welcome to Evolve to Thrive
Hello, I’m Tricia Brunner, LPC. I’m so glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey with 20 years of professional experience, specializing in working with adults and couples navigating anxiety and stress, relationship and intimacy concerns, life transitions, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, so together we will create a treatment experience tailored to your needs, goals, and circumstances.
My Approach
My work is grounded in Imago Relationship Therapy, a person-centered philosophy, and an integrative approach informed by neuroscience. I draw from evidence-based therapeutic approaches to create therapy that is both practical and meaningful.
With individuals, I help clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen confidence and self-esteem, manage anxiety and stress, and create healthier patterns that support emotional well-being.
With couples, I help partners improve communication, deepen emotional connection, navigate conflict, and understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. My Imago-based approach emphasizes empathy, emotional safety, and meaningful connection.
Why Evolve to Thrive?
Evolve to Thrive is a boutique Marriage and Family Therapy and Wellness practice designed to provide a personalized, elevated therapy experience. We offer virtual telehealth services for individuals and couples, supported by a carefully selected team of clinicians with diverse expertise.
As both a therapist and practice owner, I continue to see a small number of clients because I value staying connected to the work and the people we serve.
Reaching out for therapy takes courage. Whether you feel stuck, are struggling in a relationship, experiencing anxiety, or simply want something different, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I’m here to help you understand yourself more deeply, create meaningful change, and evolve to thrive. https://evolvetothrive9.com/
Hello, I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion and practical support. My approach is collaborative, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I believe that healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and developing the tools to thrive both personally and in relationships.
Whether there has been a significant loss, a life transition, relational conflict, or daily stressors, we all need support during difficult times. Sometimes, however, a trained professional can help navigate these challenges and assist in facilitating positive change. We aren’t always able to recognize the underlying cause of our discomfort or find ways to overcome life’s challenges. In a therapeutic setting, we will work together to discover healthier ways for you to deal with life’s struggles, make desired changes, improve relationships, and find inner healing.
Seeking therapy can be viewed as an investment in yourself. Improving mental and emotional health is as important as one’s physical health. My role is to provide a safe space and come alongside you on your journey.
I work with adolescents and adults and provide individual, couples, and family counseling services. I treat depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, (PTSD), relationship issues, parenting, behavioral concerns, and many other problems affecting how we feel and operate in the world.
Rita LaBrew, LMFT, licensed in New York and New Jersey, brings extensive experience in foster care, child welfare, private practice, and telehealth. I provide a collaborative, thoughtful therapy experience grounded in clinical expertise and evidence-informed care. Together, we'll work toward greater insight, emotional resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.
I work with adults who are ready to move beyond simply managing symptoms and are willing to explore the deeper patterns shaping their lives. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, family-of-origin concerns, life transitions, or longstanding emotional patterns, therapy offers an opportunity to understand not only what you're experiencing, but why.
My approach is primarily psychodynamic, integrating psychoeducation to help make complex emotional experiences more understandable and practical. Together, we explore how early relationships, unconscious patterns, protective roles, and present-day experiences influence your emotions, relationships, and decisions. As insight grows, clients often find themselves responding to life's challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
Clients often describe my style as thoughtful, direct, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where curiosity replaces self-criticism, where difficult experiences can be understood without judgment, and where lasting change develops through deeper self-awareness rather than temporary solutions.
My practice is best suited for adults seeking ongoing outpatient psychotherapy and is not a fit for higher-acuity or crisis-focused care. I may refer clients whose needs would be better served by a higher level of care, specialized treatment, or services outside my scope of practice. Please note that I do not provide documentation or written support for court, custody, disability, or other legal matters, and my practice is not a fit for individuals seeking therapy primarily for court-related issues. My goal is always to help clients find the care that best meets their needs.
Hi! My name is Sarah Silverman, I have been working in the field of mental health for over eight years. I have experience working in a variety of settings, but getting to work individually with clients in outpatient therapy is my absolute favorite. I am often described as having a calming and empathetic personality. In my spare time, I love spending time with friends, cuddling my two orange cats, trying out a new delicious food, reading, or playing video games.

Hi, I am a licensed therapist based in New Jersey and New York. I received my master's degree from Fordham University and have been working with adults who suffer from depression, anxiety, and loss for the last 10 years.
I provide a safe, judgment-free environment for you to discuss your problems. My passion is helping others heal and find solutions. I will work closely with you to create a plan that is tailored to your specific needs. Together, we will figure out the best way to get you to where you want to be and develop a strategy on how to get there.
Being on my own life journey, it is easy to resonate with your struggles and appreciate your reaching out. Fear, doubt, and anxiety/depression are often apart of this life and it is important to connect with others in order to address them when they become stuck places. Then, they become the fuel for your better way forward. This has been true for me having experienced mental illness within my family growing up and therefore I feel confident that I can help you with your unique self and life.
Hello and welcome. I am an LCSW who has 28 years of experience providing therapy to a wide array of clients. I enjoy meeting clients where they are at and helping them to discuss their issues, look at obstacles to making changes, make expectations that are more realistic, and helping them to learn new skills to decrease the negative effects on their life.
I'm Jackie — a licensed clinical social worker and addiction counselor who genuinely loves this work. I trained at NYU Silver and spent years in community mental health, inpatient, and outpatient settings before opening my private practice. I wanted something less clinical and more human.
I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, codependency, relationship struggles, and the kind of life transitions that leave you wondering who you even are anymore. A lot of my clients grew up in homes that felt unpredictable or unsafe — homes where they learned early to read the room, manage everyone else's feelings, and keep the peace at their own expense. They've been the capable one for so long that asking for help feels almost foreign. If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
Therapy with me is collaborative and conversational. Sessions feel more like a real conversation than a formal appointment. I'll help you understand the patterns underneath the surface stuff — why you react the way you do, where it came from, and what to do about it now. We'll draw from CBT, DBT, and IPT, building real skills along the way. Sometimes you'll leave with something to try between sessions; other times, something to sit with and think about.
My style is warm, direct, and skills-focused. I'll meet you where you are and gently push when it serves your growth, because real change usually means getting a little uncomfortable in a safe space. Humor shows up too — the hard stuff goes down easier when we can laugh at parts of it.
Asking for help isn't weakness. It's one of the braver things you can do.

I hope to provide you with a safe environment that will light your path with some clarity to make decisions needed to enhance your functioning and better your life.
I consider myself culturally competent, empathic and non judgemental.
I've never seen my role as one to provide the answers but instead I see myself as a facilitator to assist you in earning insight and ultimately gain control in changing that significant area in your life that you are seeking a change in.
I’m Kellie, a therapist who believes deeply in the power of feeling seen, heard, and supported. I bring a blend of psychological insight and genuine compassion to my work, creating a space where women can explore their experiences openly and without judgment. My approach is holistic and collaborative—I take the time to understand each woman’s unique story and tailor therapy to meet her needs. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to help women navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. Hello! My name is Dr. Jennifer Jordan. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my PhD in Counseling Psychology from National University and Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. I have worked with individuals, couples and families seeking counseling for 20 years, both online and in a variety of settings. I help clients learn new skills to successfully navigate the challenges of life, deepen their understanding of themselves, enhance their relationships, and improve their mental health and emotional well-being.
Hi, I’m Gretchen Raring, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW: NJ, FL, AZ & ND; LICSW: MA) with 20+ years of experience in behavioral health. I work with teens through older adults, as well as couples, and have supported clients from many backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences.
My practice is grounded in the belief that therapy should feel supportive and purposeful. My style is warm, direct, collaborative, and practical, and I see therapy as a team effort. I want you to feel comfortable being honest while feeling supported and challenged as you work toward change.
My approach is structured but flexible. We’ll have a clear sense of direction while making room for what matters most. I use an eclectic approach based on your needs, strengths, and goals. I don’t believe therapy should feel one-size-fits-all.
One of my strengths is being highly attuned and building the trust that allows deeper work. Together, we’ll connect the dots between your experiences, emotions, relationships, thoughts, and behaviors. We’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies for everyday life.
My background includes work across mental health, addiction, trauma, homelessness, the criminal justice system, and community-based behavioral health. I’ve worked with people during some of the most difficult times in their lives. Those experiences shape how I practice and reinforce my belief that there is always more to someone’s story than what you see on the surface.
I believe progress is about the direction of our work, not the speed. Change often happens through small steps. I’m a strong believer in celebrating every win because those wins build confidence and momentum.
Above all, I want therapy to be a place for honest conversations, deeper understanding, practical tools, and meaningful change—at a pace that works for you.
I focus on individuals, couples, and families looking for support, guidance, and healing in a variety of areas. I specialize in oncology, palliative and end-of-life care; treating grief, bereavement, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, chronic illness, pain management, relationship issues and life transitions. I offer a holistic dynamic in therapy and believe there can be true healing and growth once the body and mind are in balance. You can expect a respectful, non-judgmental, and supportive approach to therapy with me, where I focus on forming nurturing and respectful connections. I strive to create trusting and collaborative relationships to provide effective, result-oriented treatment in a warm and supportive environment.
Welcome! My name is Ryan Rathman and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of New Jersey. For the last 11 years I have been working with individuals who have experienced trauma in the early years of their lives. In this work I have helped individuals weaken the chains of trauma in order to help them begin to guide their lives back towards safety, joy, and fulfilment. As a trauma-informed therapist my primary goal is to help you feel safe again, and create a more efficient capacity to feel safe on a regular basis. While my work has primarily been with trauma survivors, often times this has also involved assisting with symptoms of depression, anxiety, anger, mood swings, irritability, substance use, and many more. Regardless of the difficulties you are experiencing, our goal in working together is to empower you to have greater control over your life, guiding it towards the ideal future that you see for yourself.
To speak more about myself personally, I received my Master's Degree in the great city of Pittsburgh! While there, I also became a husband and a cat-dad to my two rescue babies, Juni and Pep, who may or may not grace us with their presence during session. When I am not aiming to create more peace and joy on this earth through my clinical work, I often spend time doing various nerdy things like playing video games or tabletop games, binging sci-fi shows, or coming up with weird new dinner recipes.
If you think that I might be a good fit as your therapist, schedule a session and let's dive in!

My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal and thrive. I use evidence-based treatment methods tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and person-centered therapy. When requested, I integrate Christian faith into therapy to support healing, provide spiritual perspective, and align emotional work with personal values.
I work well with clients who are ready to explore emotional patterns, past experiences, or stressors that may be keeping them stuck. Whether you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, processing trauma, grieving a loss, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I aim to meet you where you are and walk with you at a pace that feels right.
My clinical work is informed by ongoing professional development, national conference training, and active membership in the American Counseling Association, the American Psychological Association, and The National Society of Leadership and Success.
I strive to offer a thoughtful, affirming space where you can build insight, resilience, and a grounded sense of self. Therapy with me is a partnership — one that honors your voice, your goals, and your capacity for meaningful change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NJ. I have been practicing approximately 6 years. I am warm, empathetic, and passionate. I began this work because I have indirect and direct experience with mental health concerns. I understand how challenging it can be to feel to navigate life stressors. I am here to help in any way I can.
Welcome!
If you’re constantly replaying conversations in your head, second-guessing your decisions, or struggling while trying to keep everything together, you don’t have to carry that weight alone.
As a licensed therapist in New York (LMHC-D) and New Jersey (LPC), I help teens and adults untangle anxiety, step out of overthinking patterns, and quiet the inner critic. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. Together, we can pair cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) tools with a strength-based approach to reduce the noise, build resilience, and help you feel more calm and capable in your everyday life.
I have over 30 years experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse. I have had the privilege of helping adults, adolescents, children, couples, members of LGBTQ+ communities navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, relationship challenges and life's many transitions. My experience spans inpatient, outpatient, detox, and correctional settings, allowing me to support all individuals.
My practice is completely telehealth. You will find my space warm and inviting. I think you should come to your sessions relaxed and feel comfortable. I may come in a ponytail and t-shirt. Its all about being the real you and expressing who you are. My cat tries to make an appearance every once in a while, but she is working on improving her boundaries- LOL.
