Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and am Bilingual (Spanish). I have been practicing for over 17 years and have been experience in many areas of mental health. I strive to ensure my clients see their value through compassion and understanding. Mental health is a journey that a clinician takes with the client to ensure that they feel constant support to achieve wellness.
In a first session, clients can expect me to listen to their current challenges, offer interactive feedback and tailor a plan for growth.
Through my years as a therapist, I have had the honor to serve clients from all cultures and life challenges in NYC and NJ. Further, as a retired school principal, I have the unique perspective of understanding the complexities of school systems.
Through my professional life, I have and serve clients from the ages of 8 through 70+. My specialties include anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD and coping skills/strategies.
My purpose is to assist my clients in self- acceptance and forgiveness. Trauma and life stressors add to self- doubt and a decrease in hope. Every person has the right to a rich and full life.
