My areas of specialization are Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and many other general mental health concerns. During our first session, you can expect me to go through some intake questions to help me understand you and the challenges you are facing. This will help me create a plan for us to work through in upcoming sessions.

Through the use of CBT in sessions I am able to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to improve their mental well-being. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can change the negative or distorted thoughts we experience thus resulting in changing how we feel and behave.
