Hi, I'm Holly, your future therapist who is honored to walk alongside you as you take reign over your life.
Sometimes in life we are faced with unique challenges, problematic relationships, burnout and instability. Perhaps you have tried to overcome these struggles before, without success. Whether it's in your relationship with others or in your relationship with yourself, I can help. I assist individuals in building the courage to face their fears and cope with overwhelming stress while providing a safe and welcoming environment.
Sometimes life can be challenging, but you don't have to go through it alone.
Thank you very much for checking here; I am honored to serve you. My 17+ years of experience includes many years of counseling and listening, across various cultures, ages and personal client needs, with a few years as adjunct professor at Louisiana State University, Shreveport, LA: 3 years of work as a patient counselor in a hospital psychiatric unit, and 3 years of practice in a pediatric clinic. My current solo practice is empathetic, accepting and non-judgmental, having also practiced as an EAP (employee counselor) in a very large hospital and city system, in which I was required to see anyone for any situation or issue they may bring to counseling. This unique opportunity provided me with insights and understanding of people beyond my own personal scope of experience. I believe this has made me more sensitive to the needs, hurts and stress of the various clients I serve. I am generally available 6 days a week for appointments, because I really do enjoy my practice and my clients. I am licensed in Louisiana, Oregon and Florida and serve clients in those states, as well as in overseas countries.
I am old enough to enjoy my 6 children, 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchild, together with my wife in a delightful sharing relationship. This creates a relaxed, accepting and strong relationship and family foundation for your counseling needs. My personal strengths hopefully convey to you a caring and positive mindset as we work together.
My hobbies are sailing, backpacking, snow skiing and cooking (especially apple pies:)
Hope to hear from you soon!

Before counseling, I served honorably in the military. I have traveled to several countries and lived in Japan for 5 years throughout my military career. In the career field of counseling, it is important to have a cultural view because it promotes empathy and increases inclusivity. I emphasize a client-centered approach, fostering a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and validated. I incorporate therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and expressive arts. I also enjoy using a narrative approach, as I believe each client’s story is an essential part of the healing process.

Although not always in person, the distance will never be seen as a distraction.
I obtained my master’s degree from Florida State University, but faced many challenges with that. Some struggles in life peak during adolescence and I was no stranger to that. Transitions were not my friend, I had to overcome many relational, financial, and educational difficulties that grew me to understanding personal struggles.
I believe in a client-centered approach as all clients are the experts on what works best for them and the challenges that they continue to face. I strive to provide an environment that is non-judgmental and accepting of where you are in your process while helping you get to where you want to be. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I assist clients in exploring relationships among thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to aid in discovering dysfunctional thought patterns leading to self-destructive behaviors and beliefs. With over 18 years of dedicated service in counseling, I am committed to enhancing mental health and well-being in clients of all ages. My journey began when I was impacted by a compassionate school counselor during my younger years. Inspired by her positive influence, I embarked on this path to support others in their mental health journeys. Throughout my career, I have worked to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. I work with clients on anxiety management, depression support, assist in navigating grief, ADHD or other behavioral challenges, & help foster healthy relationships & family systems.
My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by both professional experience and real life. Before entering the counseling field, I spent nearly two decades in the nonprofit world supporting individuals and communities through complex systems, major transitions, and seasons of uncertainty. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how overwhelming life can feel — and how meaningful steady support can be.
I earned my master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and have been practicing as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2014. After years of providing in-person therapy, I transitioned to fully virtual care in 2020, offering accessible, private telehealth services to adults across Florida and Vermont.
In my own life, I’ve navigated grief, major transitions, and surviving cancer. These experiences don’t define my work, but they have shaped a grounded, compassionate approach to therapy. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be honest — without pressure or judgment.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and practical. We move at a pace that feels manageable, building insight and coping tools that support real-life change.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed or ready for something to shift, therapy can be a steady place to begin.
Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
I specialize in helping individuals heal from Complex PTSD and family-of-origin issues that continue to shape how they see themselves and relate to others. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they can’t quite explain—often carrying the weight of old wounds that never had the chance to fully heal.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I honor your unique experiences and tailor our work together to meet your specific needs and goals. Using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and other trauma-informed methods, we’ll work to reduce the emotional intensity of past experiences so you can move toward greater clarity, self-connection, and peace.
Healing from complex trauma takes courage, but it is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we’ll create a space where your story is understood, your resilience is honored, and meaningful change can take root.
Your journey unfolds through real connections and transformative experiences. Your growth, understanding, and healing are the primary focus that we share. Let's walk together on this path of self-discovery and empowerment.
Every story is unique, every voice matters. Whatever your challenge, concerns, or issues may be, therapy can help to improve your life, perspective, and behaviors. All age groups are accepted. I have extensive experience working with young children, teens, and adults.
I am an energetic and creative therapist passionate about meeting with people to bring more clarity, peace, and joy into their life. I am also a Christian, mother, cat-mom, artist, athlete, amateur cook/baker, and reading enthusiast. I utilize a mixture of evidence-based practices and creative exercises to meet people where they are at, develop a deep understanding of their circumstances, as well as how they are thinking about those circumstances. I guide my client to setting specific intentions for our time together that they agree will be worthwhile. I will be warm and understanding, but I am also not afraid to challenge my clients on things they could benefit from changing. I often enjoy using humor and laughter as a force for that change.
I have experience serving in a private practice outpatient capacity, intensive outpatient hospital setting, and at the residential level of care. These unique settings have given me a variety of skills and an ability to understand multiple levels of distress and/or what past treatment may have been like for my clients (the good, the bad, and the ugly.)
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker holding a Master of Social Work degree and a Substance Use Disorders & Addictions Certificate from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, earned in May 2020.
I am certified in Multi-Modal Attachment Therapy (M-MAT) Level III and Therapeutic Martial Arts Level II.
I have education in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I bring expertise in helping individuals navigate anxiety, ADHD, stress, and relationship issues.
I am intentional about implementing a compassionate, client- and family-centered approach, tailoring care to the unique needs of children, adolescents, adults, and families. Through personal and professional channels, I have experience navigating the ever-changing and non-traditional experiences of military-affiliated individuals and families.
With unconditional support and warm accountability, I foster a safe and consistent environment that emphasizes each client’s strengths and encourages personal growth.
My work focuses on improving emotional regulation, building practical coping skills, and boosting self-esteem; empowering clients to achieve lasting positive change and cultivate stronger, more meaningful relationships.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy attending live performances, visiting amusement parks, engaging in arts and crafts, watching horror movies and true crime shows, spending time outdoors, savoring sushi, playing games, and training and competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with British Caribbean roots and from the tail end of the baby boomer generation, I have come to acknowledge the roller-coaster ride that life offers with numerous highs, lows, and constant cycles of new beginnings and endings. My career in the mental health profession began to take shape in 2012, which led me to secure a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the esteemed University of South Florida. Since 2014, my focus has been on supporting children, individuals, and families in Florida and the Caribbean.
The unprecedented emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 disrupted our social lives drastically, prompting an increased need for virtual counseling. However, I managed to adapt to this change in my practice, thus registering continuous growth in the Telehealth space from then onward. My practice now serves the wider population. Hello, my name is David Ramey, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I specialize in providing mental health support, counseling, and guidance to individuals, families, and communities. With a strong foundation in clinical training and a passion for helping others, I work to empower clients through evidence-based practices, empathy, and personalized care. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions.
My name is Sarah Harris, Licensed Clinical Social Work and I began my journey in this field since 2017. As a Therapist, I am a systemic thinker by meeting my clients where they're at. It causes more frustration and stress by creating assumptions and judgment so I approach my clients with the mindset of: Life is a journey, but no one path fits us all. Let me hear about the season of life you're in in this moment. I use various therapies and techniques such as Narrative therapy, Solution focused brief therapy, Motivational interviewing, and Mindfulness techniques to help my clients.
Thank you for sharing information about yourself. I'm so happy that you reached out for help. I am Michael Creech, a licensed therapist.
My goal is to meet you where you are by bringing a compassionate approach backed by formal training and experience and be a part of your goals in the change process. I am very personable as well as professional and I do not believe in one-sided relationships. I have a multidisciplinary, eclectic approach to therapy in which I utilize techniques and principles from a variety of modalities to include Christian based. My counseling is geared toward treating the whole person from a biopsychosocial spiritual standpoint. I view counseling as a calling and not as a career and that it is a collaborative effort in which I learn and grow as a result of every interaction. My clients describe me as a “good listener” and as someone who “makes me think”.
Some of the experiences that have contributed to my professional identity and approach to mental health treatment are my formal education at Pensacola Christian College where I received a BA in Pastoral Ministry and Liberty University where I received a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked as a therapist under regulatory agencies for 6 years and have worked in Christian Ministry since my ministerial ordination in 2003. Demographics I have served have included inpatient and outpatient care, private practice, substance abuse issues, psychotic spectrum disorders, gender identity issues, personality disorders, sex addiction, family and relationship issues, depression, anxiety, PTSD, Spirituality, and men’s issues. My experiences as a combat military veteran, teacher, father, husband, and a person who has experienced my own traumas and failures have contributed to my professional development.
I look forward to getting to know you!

Life can be very stressful and overwhelming at times. We may find ourselves feeling stuck, disconnected, anxious or unsure of how to move forward in our relationships, family life, career, or sense of purpose. You don't have to navigate these challenges alone. As a licensed mental health therapist with over 25 years of experience, I am dedicated to supporting individuals, families , and couples as they work through life transitions, emotional struggles, and relationship difficulties. I have extensive experience working with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance abuse, and couples dynamics. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I feel therapy works best when clients feel safe, respected, and truly heard. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic practices while tailoring each session to the client's unique goal and needs. My wish is to help the client build insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful change. It is very important for me to provide a supportive, safe and non-judgmental environment to assist clients in feeling comfortable , supported, and free to share at their own pace.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have 18 years of experience working with individuals and families. I have helped people with a wide range of concerns including posttraumatic stress disorder, childhood trauma’s, depression, anxiety, parenting issues, relationship and family issues, stage of life challenges, the pain of recovering after a divorce, decision-making, and problem-solving. Other related experience includes working with incarcerated youth who come from the hard streets of Miami. I have also helped many women and men by guiding them through the pain of divorce.
Hi my name is Amy, and I first want to acknowledge how difficult and scary it feels to begin the process of therapy, either for the first time or starting with a new therapist. I take very seriously the enormous strength that takes and I work very hard to ensure that you feel safe and heard as we begin the therapeutic relationship. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience providing counseling in both inpatient and outpatient centers. I received my Master’s degree in counseling in 2008, from Webster University. I had the privilege of working in an inpatient eating disorder facility for five years and have continued that work in outpatient settings.
I have a passion for connecting with teenagers, college students and career women to build a safe place with an adult where they can voice their feelings and experiences without fear of judgement. I also especially enjoy working with young adult women as they navigate their way through the process of beginning adulthood. I have experience with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and general women’s issue. I am especially passionate about working with CPTSD and PTSD. I have received training and supervision in working with trauma as it is a highly specialized field. Trauma survivors need validation, belief, compassion and acceptance first and foremost before a trusting relationship can be established. I have working with women exiting a toxic relationship, having endured narcissistic abuse and/or infidelity (betrayal trauma) which is many times misunderstood by well-intentioned people. My approach is warm, compassionate and highly empathetic as I work to establish a safe environment for healing to take place.
I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) woman, a proud veteran, and someone who knows what it’s like to carry invisible weight. I became a mental health counselor because I believe in real conversations, trust built over time, and having a space where you don’t have to hide what you’re feeling.
People who work with me often say they feel like they can finally exhale. I bring calm, compassion, and honesty into the room. I’m not here to judge or tell you how to live your life. I’m here to walk beside you as you figure things out—whether that’s making sense of the past, dealing with hard relationships, or just trying to feel more like yourself again.
I’ve worked with people who didn’t even realize how much they were holding in until they had someone to talk to. I know that reaching out can feel scary or uncomfortable. That’s okay. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start. You don’t need to call what you’re feeling “trauma” or “anxiety” if that doesn’t feel right to you. All you need is the sense that something needs to shift—and the willingness to take that first step.
Outside of work, I’m grounded by my own healing practices, community, and culture. I value humor, kindness, and realness. You don’t have to show up as anyone but yourself.
If you’re reading this and wondering if things could be different—you’re not alone. And you don’t have to go through it alone.

What effect do you hope that therapy will have on your life? Are you looking for someone to support you in difficult times? Is it your goal to thrive, rather than just survive? Perhaps you want to explore past events and see how they might be affecting your present.
My name is Teresa, and I would be honored to walk with you as you navigate life. I work with individuals who have taken on the role of caregiver, whether professional or personal, in avoiding burnout and compassion fatigue. I empower others in creating and enforcing boundaries. I also assist individuals in cultivating a strong sense of self-worth. I guide individuals who are processing trauma and provide support and care.
I support individuals of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and religions. I am nonjudgmental and supportive of individuals who are in any stage of recovery from substances or any other addictions. I hope to create a genuine, caring environment (yes, even in teletherapy!) exhibiting acceptance and celebration of who you truly are.
Currently I provide therapy for my clients via Teletherapy and have evening and Saturday appointments. I have been providing counseling services for 20 years. I take a holistic approach to providing therapy with an emphasis on mind and body connection. I believe that by working towards creating a balance in every area of your life you can move towards living a healthier life.

My commitment to my profession is evident through almost a decade-long career in counseling, where I have honed my expertise in affirming client centered therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I have experience working in hospital settings as a liaison counselor assisting patients and their families to navigate end-of-life challenges, serious mental illnesses, adjustment issues and crisis situations. Narcissists weaponize by their reactivity. If you do something they don't like they make you feel guilty. Guilt is associated with having done something wrong and the guilt is the glue that holds these relationships together. I work with clients who suffer from narcissistic abuse, addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Ive had the pleasure of helping my clients gain awareness and heal from trauma. In addition I also provide supervision for licensure.
During a 13-year career in industry working as an engineer, I became inspired through a steady variety of volunteer work helping others within my community. I returned to school and earned my Master of Social Work degree. Recognizing that our body actively participates in all of our life experiences, I completed my Massage Therapy Certification. As I continued to work with more people in therapy, I learned about a novel approach that I could use to bridge these two disciplines, and I became a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner. I am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker and I virtually assist folks living in Florida, North Carolina, and Massachusetts. For over 30 years I have worked with people within adolescent, adult, and elder populations, US military veterans, and folks in the LGBTQIA+ community. Many have struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, gender incongruence, mood disorders, psychosis, substance use disorders, grief and loss, and chronic pain and illness.
