Greetings, I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Master from Carlos Albizu University in Puerto Rico and I have been practicing for 6 years. I help people between the ages 18 and 90 year old struggling with daily life stressors and difficulties to better manage mental health issues. I work with them in a process of guidance and accompaniment to become their best version of themselves.
In our first session, we will start with a brief introduction and discussion about the journey that we are going to start, focusing on the challenges and needs that you are facing. I will create a tailored plan, based on your needs and geared towards working together over the next sessions.
During the past years, as a mental health professional, I've developed the competence to help you find the causes and roadblocks that impact your well-being. With a tailored plan and measurable goals, I can lead you to find your path to health and progress.
I love working with adult people who are struggling with depression, anxiety and other difficulties that impact their well-being as well as their physical and mental health. My clients have the strenghts and potential to improve their mood and achieve their goals, just need to learn the skills to cope with their challenges and continue enjoying their lives.

Positive Psychology focus the perspective of life in having a sense of meaning and purpose, using different techniques to improve psychological and physical well-being.
