Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in South Florida. I've been counseling for 26 years and bring extensive experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I take time to understand your story, strengths, and circumstances, then work with you to develop an approach that fits your goals and supports meaningful change.
Our first session is an opportunity for me to learn about your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope will be different. We'll explore your concerns, strengths, and circumstances together and begin identifying areas to focus on. From there, we'll develop a plan that fits your needs and goals.
I bring a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative approach to therapy. One of my strengths is taking the time to understand the person behind the concern—your story, circumstances, relationships, strengths, and what matters most to you. I don't believe therapy should be a one-size-fits-all process. I also bring a practical perspective. While having space to be heard and understood is important, I want our work to help you make sense of what you're experiencing and identify realistic ways to move forward. I draw on my experience, clinical knowledge, and a range of therapeutic approaches to help us find what fits your needs and goals. Most importantly, I want you to feel respected and involved in the process. My role is not to tell you who you should be or what you should do, but to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and make meaningful changes at a pace that feels manageable.
I work best with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or uncertain about what comes next. Many are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, or relationship concerns and want help making sense of what they're experiencing. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We'll work together to understand what's happening, build on your strengths, and identify practical steps that fit your goals and circumstances.

I utilize CBT to assist those I work with in addressing unhealthy thinking patterns, gaining a better understanding of their behavior, adopting better ways of coping and gaining greater confidence in their capabilities.
