Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in South Florida. I received my Masters from St. Thomas University and have been practicing for 24 years. I help adults and families in developing tools to address individual and/or family concerns and assist with personal growth and healing. My goal is to work collaboratively with you in constructing interventions that fit for you based on your story, resources and the resilience that lies within.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
A commitment to ensuring you feel heard, understood and supported. A willingness to dig deep to find solutions that work in a personal and meaningful way. A track record in assisting you in identifying the root cause of your challenges and creating a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
My clients are eager to improve and break through roadblocks, but may not feel confident in their ability to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about where they are in life but are open to confronting the challenge with some assistance.
