I have my LCSW and my Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy. I provide both individual and group psychotherapy with a particular interest in treating people struggling with substance use disorders, issues related to anger management, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational issues. I am certified in CBT for Depression, CBT for Substance Use Disorders, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I have also received additional advanced training for CBT, couples therapy, and substance abuse treatment. I am also an adjunct professor for a master's program teaching psychopathology.

I have been a therapist for over 30 years and have worked with clients on a myriad of issues including anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, perinatal loss and other women’s issues. My work has also included working with folks on life transitions whether it be family or career related, as these can create much stress for people.
I have worked in Connecticut, Florida and Texas, both as a clinical leader and practicing clinician. I am currently licensed in Connecticut, California and Texas. My training was at the Columbia School of Social Work where I received my masters degree.
