I'm a licensed psychotherapist who works collaboratively with individuals to navigate life’s challenges and transitions using an integrative, trauma informed, empathetic, and compassionate approach. I focus on supporting individuals feel more connected to their bodies, build healthier relationships, work through complex emotions, and increase self awareness. I truly believe everyone has the capacity to heal and grow when given a safe, supportive space.
Our first session is all about creating a safe and supportive space. We'll take the time to talk about what's been going on for you and what you'd like to get out of therapy. Just know there's no pressure to share more than what you're ready for! In our first session, I'll ask some questions to better understand your background, and discuss how I can best support your goals. You can expect curiosity, compassion and collaboration as we start to build trust and a sense of direction together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported and hopeful about your path ahead. I look forward to meeting you!
My strengths lie in creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel truly seen and understood. I bring a trauma-informed perspective that honors each person's story and helps them move at a pace that feels right. I also help clients build practical tools using CBT, somatic, and acceptance strategies while exploring deeper emotional patterns through a relational and psychodynamic lens.
My ideal client is someone who is ready to explore their inner world and make meaningful changes in their life, even if they may not be sure where to begin! I often work with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges and are seeking a greater self understanding and emotional balance. I especially enjoy helping clients recognize the connection between past experiences and present patterns to foster healing and growth with compassion and insight.
