I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph. In our first session, my main goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming space where you feel safe to share at your own pace. We’ll start by getting to know each other and discussing what brought you to therapy. You don’t need to prepare anything or have the “right words” your story can unfold naturally.

I combine a warm, empathetic approach with structured, evidence-based CBT to help clients feel understood while building practical skills for meaningful, lasting change. Most importantly, I value connection and collaboration.
