LCSW, 8 years of experience
New to Grow
I am a licensed psychotherapist in the state of New York with eight years of professional experience supporting adults navigating stress, anxiety, anger management, life transitions, trauma, ADHD, addiction, and the emotional impact of domestic violence. I help individuals 18 and older who are ready to build healthier patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. I understand that seeking support can feel overwhelming, especially when life feels heavy or uncertain. My role is to provide a safe, open, and judgment-free environment where you can process your thoughts and emotions freely. Together, we will explore your story, identify what’s getting in the way, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, balanced, and fulfilling.
Our first session is a gentle starting point where you can share your story at your own pace. My approach is centered on creating a compassionate, open, and safe space where you are free to express yourself without fear of judgment. From the moment we begin, you can expect an environment where you will feel heard, understood, challenged, and fully supported. Together, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope to change or improve. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, anger management, trauma, ADHD, depression, life transitions, or the aftermath of domestic violence, you don’t have to face it alone. While I can’t promise the journey will always be easy, I am committed to walking alongside you as you gain clarity, develop new tools, and grow into a more grounded and fulfilling version of yourself.
Helping people heal has always been more than my work; it is my life’s purpose. I entered the field of mental health to break stigma, increase access, and offer the kind of compassionate support that creates meaningful change. What distinguishes my approach is the integration of evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to each client’s unique story. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy to guide insight, build coping strategies, reduce distress, shift internal narratives, and support emotional healing. My goal is to help clients feel safe, seen, and supported while developing the tools and confidence needed to create sustainable, meaningful change.
I work best with adults who are seeking clarity, emotional healing, and a supportive partner in their personal growth. They may be carrying old wounds, internal pressure, emotional exhaustion, or patterns that no longer serve them. Some are simply looking for a safe place to unpack their experiences, rebuild confidence, and strengthen emotional regulation. I work best with individuals who are ready to explore, learn, and grow, even if they are unsure where to start. They value a collaborative partnership, want to understand their story more deeply, and are motivated to develop healthier coping skills, break old cycles, and create a more grounded, empowered, and fulfilling life.
