I will provide an overview of the therapeutic process, including confidentiality and the therapeutic approach we will be using. We will work together to establish a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust and collaboration. By the end of the first session, the client can expect to have a better understanding of how therapy works and feel empowered to continue their journey towards personal growth and well-being.
