I specialize in individual therapy for adults and couples therapy, drawing from modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), CBT, DBT, Gestalt, and Positive Psychology. My approach is integrative and tailored to each client's unique needs, whether you're navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, or personal growth. I'm licensed in New York, Connecticut and Florida, and I'm passionate about helping clients develop deeper self-awareness and healthier patterns in their relationships and lives.
