Hello,
Thank you for reviewing my profile.
Briefly; I am Licensed Naturopathic Doctor, a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor
I work with adult professional women dealing with anxiety, depression, past unresolved trauma, grief, stress and relationship issues. My philosophy is that we need positive human beings in our lives, to 'see' us and bear witness to our lives. In order for us to be fully human, we need at least one supportive individual who validates the part of us that needs healing. We need meaningful experiences to help us navigate this journey called life.
My training as a Naturopathic Doctor affords me a lens to also consider, incorporate and integrate diet & lifestyle practices for your overall well-being.
So, if you are tired of being tired, anxious, sad, depressed and you're just going through the motions, feeling stuck in dysfunctional patterns that drain you; AND you are willing to do the work to get well, then you need skilled, compassionate support to help you get unstuck and get your life back on track, so that you can experience purposeful living. As our paths intersect her, I start with the intention that you to "prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers" 3 John 2.

I use evidence-based methods like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and strength-based strategies to help you gain clarity and momentum. Meanwhile, my personal journey through fertility, family building, and parenting broadened my empathy—allowing me to be fully present with clients through their most difficult moments.
If you’re ready to design a life with more joy, peace, and meaningful relationships, I’d be honored to walk with you. Let’s figure it out—together.

I am a licensed LCSW as well as a CASAC. For the last 5 years I have treated those with serious mental illness who have recently released from a period of incarceration. However, I worked with an organization with a psychiatrist on staff who could proivde medication. I feel more comfortable assisting clients with day to day issues they may be facing in their lives, wondering perhaps why they feel stuck, why they find themselves prone to addictive behavior and endeavor to uncover with them the reasons for their feelings with the idea of changing those thoughts that engender the uncomfortable feelings and perhaps unhealthy behavior.

Those experiences shaped my approach to therapy today: grounded, compassionate, and deeply respectful of each person’s lived experience.
