I offer a supportive and grounded presence in therapy, shaped by both professional experience and real-life insight. Over the past nine years, I’ve worked closely with a variety of culturally diverse persons managing anxiety, relationship concerns, family complexities, major transitions, and the ongoing effects of earlier life experiences. My work is informed by a psychodynamic lens, which focuses on uncovering the deeper emotional patterns and unconscious influences that impact how you relate to yourself and others today.

Motivational Interviewing
I have been providing motivational interviewing for over five years along with other methods. Motivational interviewing provides a supportive, affirming, and encouraging space for client to identify where they need to grow in their emotional wellbeing.
