I can help you work through symptoms related to stress, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD and depression. I have experience with chronic illness and complex medical conditions as well. Whether you are seeking brief therapeutic support or a longer-term approach, I am trained to assist in alleviating symptoms. Therapy offers a space where you can feel heard, understood, and less alone. It takes courage to pursue a more fulfilling, balanced, and meaningful life—and to take those first steps toward change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about supporting individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional distress. I specialize in working with clients healing from trauma, including intimate partner violence, as well as those struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, and grief. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen and heard. I understand that healing is not linear, and I meet each client where they are. Together, we work to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect you with your sense of self, confidence, and overall emotional well-being.
Do you have trouble getting through the day, feeling tired or discouraged? Maybe you’re going through the motions but aren’t sure why. Many people I work with have felt overwhelmed, stressed, or just stuck. You may have found temporary coping skills that have worked to get you this far. But life’s about more than just surviving each day with the least amount of pain. I help people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and stress, and are ready for a change. I believe you have a purpose and deserve to experience a more fulfilling life. You can learn to stop fighting and become more excited and hopeful about the future.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) providing individual and couples therapy for adults who want to better understand themselves and their relationships. My work is rooted in the belief that lasting change begins with awareness—of our thoughts, emotional patterns, and the ways we relate to ourselves and others.
I work with individuals who struggle with self-criticism, doubt, emotional disconnection, and a persistent sense that they are never doing “enough.” Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel internally overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their sense of worth. Through therapy, they learn to recognize unhelpful patterns of self-talk, develop greater emotional clarity, and build a more compassionate and grounded relationship with themselves.
I also work with couples who feel caught in cycles of conflict, distance, or misunderstanding. Rather than focusing only on the content of arguments, I help couples understand the emotional dynamics and attachment patterns driving their interactions. By reducing judgment and increasing awareness, partners are able to communicate more effectively, rebuild trust, and reconnect in more meaningful ways.
My approach is collaborative, insight-oriented, and client-centered. I integrate elements of cognitive-behavioral and attachment-based work to help clients understand the “why” behind their reactions and practice new ways of responding. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or assigning blame, but about creating space for clarity, understanding, and intentional change.
Clients often report feeling calmer, more self-aware, and better equipped to navigate relationships and life challenges. My goal is to help people feel more grounded in themselves, more connected in their relationships, and more confident moving forward.

What if the child who seems “difficult” is actually just struggling to be understood? What if the teenager pulling away isn’t being defiant — but quietly drowning? These are the questions that brought me to this work, and probably some of the same ones that brought you here.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in preteens and teenagers navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, and the complicated space between parents and kids. Much of my experience was built inside a school-based health clinic at the middle school level — sitting with students in the middle of their actual world, not just an office. That perspective shapes everything about how I work.
As an elder millennial and a parent myself, I understand the impossible math of work-life balance — the guilt of feeling stretched too thin and the fear that you’re somehow getting it wrong. You’re not failing your kid. You’re here, and that matters.
Maybe you’re asking: Is this just a phase, or is something really wrong? Why does every conversation turn into a fight? Will my kid even talk to a stranger? These are real questions that deserve honest answers.
My approach is warm but direct, grounded in evidence-based practice and genuine connection. I meet kids where they are — not where we think they should be — and I work alongside parents as partners, not critics. Because you know your child better than anyone. My job is to help you find each other again.
If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect.

I am a licensed mental health therapist with many years of experience providing therapy to individuals, adolescents, groups, and occasionally couples in various settings. My experience has led me to connect with many individuals at different phases in their lives who wanted to change something but didn't know how.
I have worked with various populations from so many backgrounds, and all that stuck out to me was the disfranchised. A person losing their sense of autonomy and self always left me with that question, "Can I do more?" In my journey as a provider, I want to uplift my clients and remind them they have always had a voice and power that is waiting.
I work with individuals navigating trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, impulsive behaviors, anger, anxiety, and depression. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and are looking for clarity or a deeper understanding of themselves. I welcome adults of all identities and backgrounds, as well as couples who want to strengthen their connection, communicate more openly, and move through conflict with greater care.
My style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I’m here to help you transform difficult or adverse experiences into opportunities for insight, resilience, and growth. Together, we explore patterns in your emotions, relationships, and experiences, and begin to understand what’s underneath them. From there, we can create meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels authentic to you.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. I focus on creating a space where you can show up as you are, without pressure, and move at a pace that feels right for you.

If you’re reading this, you’re probably carrying something heavy — and you may have been carrying it longer than you should have had to. I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in both New York and New Jersey, and I work with adults and couples who are navigating some of life’s most emotionally demanding seasons: parenting stress, relationship strain, depression, ADHD, and the kind of high-functioning exhaustion that doesn’t always look like struggle from the outside but absolutely feels like it.
My approach is relational at its core. I believe that healing rarely happens in isolation — it happens in connection. Before any technique or homework assignment, I prioritize building a therapeutic relationship where you actually feel safe enough to be honest. That foundation isn’t just good therapy etiquette; it’s what makes everything else possible.
From there, I draw on a range of evidence-based frameworks — attachment theory, CBT, DBT, and person-centered approaches — tailoring the work to what you specifically need rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. Some clients need tools and structure. Others need space to process and be witnessed. Most need both, at different moments.
I’ve worked with many people who came to therapy after putting it off for a long time — sometimes years. What kept them away was often fear: fear of judgment, fear of being misunderstood, or simply not knowing what therapy was supposed to feel like. I take that seriously. My goal from the very first session is to help you feel less alone in what you’re facing, and more capable of moving through it.
You don’t have to have it figured out before you reach out. That’s what we’re here to do together.
