I emphasize a holistic approach to counseling, considering the client's mental, spiritual, and physical needs. I use various treatment modalities including, but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Psychotherapy. I provide a safe space to discuss and process issues from the past and present.
Our first session is about getting to know each other, telling your story and explaining what you are experiencing, and discussing policies, procedures and contracting. This is a time for you to make sure you feel comfortable talking to me about your life experiences.
