New to Grow
I’m a compassionate therapist who supports individuals and families navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I work with clients who feel stuck in reactive patterns and want practical tools to feel calmer, more confident, and more connected in their daily lives. My goal is to help you build skills that support emotional safety and meaningful growth in your day-to-day life.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is a space to slow down and feel supported. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope will change. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and begin identifying goals and coping strategies so you leave feeling understood and grounded.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I combine empathy with practical, real-life strategies. Clients appreciate my calm, nonjudgmental presence and my focus on actionable coping skills that can be used immediately. I help clients understand their triggers, build emotional regulation, and create sustainable change that fits their daily lives—not just the therapy room.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
You may feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained, even when things look “fine” on the outside. You want to better manage stress, improve relationships, and respond rather than react. You’re open to self-reflection, skill-building, and creating healthier patterns—for yourself, your family, or your home environment.
Strength-Based
I practice from a strengths-based approach, helping to build my client’s self-esteem and coping skills. I take time to get to know my clients as I feel developing a strong rapport is crucial for my clients and to build a positive therapeutic alliance.
