I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York with seven years of experience, and I truly believe that vulnerability is a strength. Your first session is a space for us to connect and start understanding your story. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, any symptoms you’ve been experiencing, and what you’d like to work toward. From there, we’ll shape a personalized approach that fits your journey—whether it’s mental health, life changes, or self-expression.
My approach is grounded in empathy, openness, and authenticity. I provide a non-judgmental space while also offering direct, thoughtful feedback. I remain flexible in my methods so that therapy feels tailored, effective, and aligned with each client’s goals.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also supporting them in identifying primary and secondary emotions. I have extensive training in trauma-informed care and focus on helping clients build self-advocacy, empowerment, and meaningful change.
Couples Counseling
In couples counseling, I work alongside both partners to enhance communication, deepen emotional connection, and navigate conflict in a healthy, constructive way. I focus on creating a supportive and empowering space that encourages growth, healing, and lasting change.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
My goal is to help clients build self-awareness while developing practical skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. Through this work, you can gain new perspectives and create lasting emotional balance and healthier relationships. I’m committed to supporting you every step of the way in your growth and healing.
