New to Grow
I am a licensed clinical social worker, who works primarily with women and teens navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can truly feel seen and heard. I currently offer individual therapy via telehealth, focusing on clients better understand themselves, build confidence, and reconnect with their sense of self.
In our first session we will begin to explore your therapeutic goals and expectations and make a tailor-made plan that fits your goals and needs.
My approach is both compassionate and collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practices, and mindfulness-based practices. I often incorporate parts work and inner child healing into sessions. In our work together, you'll begin to develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself, especially the parts of you that may feel wounded, stuck or unseen. Through a mix on inner child work, reparenting, and evidence-based techniques, you can expect to gain greater self-awareness, emotional resilience and confidence. Most importantly, my hope is that you'll leave each session feeling more empowered and supported in your healing journey.
I work primarily with women and teens navigating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and trauma. Additionally, I have a passion for parenting, and I am here to support you on your parenting journey. I am also trained in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE).
I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practices. In our work together you'll begin to develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself, through identifying and understanding your internal parts, fostering a connection with your core self and healing wounded parts to restore inner harmony.
Through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy, you will begin to identify, challenge and reframe your negative thought patterns and behaviors. This will lead to improved mood and behaviors.
