I am Lindsey, I specialize in anxiety and maternal mental health treatment. I connect with women that are successful and struggle with anxiety because I have had anxiety myself that I healed and I know how uncomfortable the symptoms of anxiety can be. I connect with my maternal mental health side of my practice as I have a passion about helping women on their non-linear path to motherhood. I have helped hundreds of women on their journey through all the ups and downs. I live in eastern Queens, NYC. I have two little boys myself, ages 4 and 6. In my free time I enjoy hiking, backpacking the Appalachian Trail and visiting new places with my family and dog.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session I introduce myself, give you my background, tell you about myself and get to know you. I ask people what brought them to therapy right now, if they had previous therapy experience, what was helpful or not helpful in a past therapy, and what they spend their time doing. I ask about how they feel now and how they would like to feel.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

The relationship I build with each woman I meet with is the most important to me. I believe in making a genuine connection, not a cold clinical distant relationship. I also measure levels of anxiety so you can see your growth and improvement in a visual helpful way.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with high-achieving women who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, and feeling constantly “on.” You may look like you have it all together on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. I support women who want to feel more grounded, calm, and aligned while still pursuing meaningful goals. I also specialize in maternal mental health, supporting women through fertility and infertility, IVF, pregnancy loss, postpartum anxiety or depression, and the emotional identity shifts that come with motherhood. Whether you’re trying to conceive, coping with loss, or adjusting after birth, you don’t have to navigate this season alone.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) for Anxiety + Maternal Mental Health I support high-achieving women who look like they have it all together but feel anxious, overwhelmed, and constantly “on” inside. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), nervous system regulation, and evidence-based tools, I help you stop overthinking, feel more grounded, and take meaningful action aligned with the life you want. I also specialize in maternal mental health therapy for women navigating the emotional complexities of fertility, infertility, and motherhood. Whether you’re going through IVF, IUI, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, pregnancy loss, postpartum anxiety, or the identity shifts that come with becoming a mother, you don’t have to carry it alone. My work is for the woman who is driven but exhausted. The one seeking peace, purpose, and support through every stage of her journey.
