In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I have worked to gain a deeper understand of human connection and how to incorporate that into building and sustaining healthy relationship. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy, I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. Together, we will work side by side to overcome traumas and barriers that prevent us from living healthy, fulfilled lives.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My decision to work in the helping profession started at a very young age, as I've always been extroverted and drawn to people and social settings. Throughout my career I have worked in a number of different settings that have afforded me the opportunity to gain experience with individuals with various backgrounds and life experiences. During this time I've been challenged with situations that have inadvertently prompted me to grow not only as a professional but as an individual. My core belief is that any progress that is made in therapy can only be done if the client develops a feeling of trust and support in order to allow an opportunity for vulnerability. It is after this critical work that I look to begin more specific treatment methods. I have a kind, gentle, nurturing heart and have learned to bring that into my work.
