My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is utilized to help clients to understand the connection between their thoughts and feelings and the impact on their behavior. In treatment, CBT is utilized to assist clients with becoming aware of unhealthy behavioral patterns and learn more effective ways of communicating their needs and wants so they can obtain the most desired outcome.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Sometimes thoughts and feelings can be so uncomfortable that they can cause people to feel unease or have emotional distress. ACT can help clients to understand their relationship with their thoughts and emotions so they don't feel overwhelmed or burdened by them. Clients will learn how to identify their unhelpful emotional patterns and make choices that align more with their values.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT helps clients to learn skills to manage emotional distress, improve their interpersonal connections with others , and practice self-compassion.
