As a therapist I have over 30+ years experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, loss, family, LGBTQ and relationship issues, coping with illness and stress, and other various life concerns. My counseling approach combines CBT, psychodynamic and talk based counseling. I have vast and varied experience with all age groups as well as the varied life issues that we all face.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session is a getting to know each other and an Intake session. I am a very eclectic clinician who understands that you are the expert in your own life. We will tailor and lead the direction of the treatment and our dialogues to meet your own specific and unique needs. I believe in giving worksheets and homework to help you in your journey.

I am a great and active listener who is emphatic, sensitive and strive to be kind to all people. To let you know a little about me, in my private time, I like to read, crochet, paint and spend time with family, friends and my two cats as I am an avid animal lover. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
