New to Grow
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and Connecticut, providing psychotherapy to adults aged 18 and older. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, and experiences of loss. My goal is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected.Using a person-centered and collaborative approach, I tailor our work to each individual’s needs, values, and life circumstances. I believe that therapy is most effective when it is a partnership—one where we work together to identify goals, explore challenges, and build on existing strengths.
In our sessions, we may focus on developing healthier coping strategies, improving emotional awareness, and addressing patterns that may be contributing to distress. I also support clients in learning practical tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and navigate difficult life transitions. Whether you are working through a specific issue or seeking greater self-understanding, I aim to help you build resilience and foster a stronger sense of self.
My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it is tailored to each individual’s needs, values, and goals. Together, we explore challenges, build on strengths, and develop practical strategies to manage stress and navigate life’s transitions.I help clients strengthen coping skills, increase self-awareness, and cultivate self-compassion. Whether you are facing a specific difficulty or seeking deeper personal growth, my goal is to support you in creating meaningful, lasting change and a stronger sense of well-being.
I listen and work collaboratively with clients in a person-centered approach to address issues in positive ways, handle stressors, develop awareness of thoughts and traits that are not beneficial, and focus on caring for one’s self.I utilize my experience and training to help people develop skills to handle overwhelming emotions and refrain from acting impulsively, find balance, gain control of their emotions, improve relationships, navigate transitions in their life and work toward personal goals.
