I'm a licensed mental health counselor and experienced psychedelic guide with over 300 hours of Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) conducted. I bring a blend of cultural heritage and clinical expertise to my work. I'm committed to social justice and strive to eliminate barriers to mental wellness services for historically marginalized communities. I support my clients with compassion and a collaborative approach.
During the first session, we'll discuss the current issues bringing you to therapy and what you hope to achieve during sessions. I'll ask questions to learn more about your upbringing, relationships, and culture. We will also discuss any past mental health issues you may have had and ways you've managed to cope with them.
I have an eclectic therapy approach. This means that after our first few diagnostic sessions, I will create a unique treatment approach from my various trainings. This allows me to tailor my approach to each client and adjust based on the client's needs and clinical progress.
