“I’m a compassionate, client-centered therapist who works with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, combining practical coping strategies with deeper insight into patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, increasing self-awareness, and helping you feel more confident and empowered in your daily life.”

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

“In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, background, and what you’re hoping to get out of the process, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. We’ll also talk about how I work, answer any questions you may have, and begin identifying goals for our time together. My aim is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a better sense of how we might work together and what next steps could look like, while moving at a pace that feels right for you.”

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

“What stands out about my therapeutic approach is the balance between empathy and practicality. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard and supported, while also providing clear, actionable tools they can use in their daily lives. My work is collaborative and tailored to each individual—I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. I integrate evidence-based methods with a focus on helping clients understand the ‘why’ behind their patterns, so change feels meaningful and sustainable rather than temporary. Clients often find that our work leads not only to symptom relief, but also to greater self-awareness, confidence, and the ability to navigate challenges more effectively. I also prioritize progress at a pace that feels manageable, offering both support and gentle accountability along the way. Overall, I aim to help clients feel empowered—not just in sessions, but in how they show up in their everyday lives.”

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve clients who are motivated for change, even if they feel stuck or unsure where to begin. Many of the individuals I work with are experiencing challenges such as anxiety, stress, life transitions, or difficulty managing emotions, and are looking for practical tools as well as deeper insight into their patterns. I work especially well with clients who are open to self-reflection and willing to engage in the therapeutic process, whether that means building coping skills, exploring underlying beliefs, or improving relationships. I also support individuals who may feel overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected, and want to regain a sense of balance and direction.
